This IHOP restaurant has an amazing staff that are some of the most friendly and down to earth folks you'll ever meet... The service was excellent... The food was cooked to order perfectly and the atmosphere was kinda like being at an old friend's house so I'd highly recommend this IHOP location the next time your in the neighborhood.
My pancake was burnt and cold. I was overcharged for my meal.

Woah! We’ve came here twice this weekend in the morning. And the service was great, but tonight we came and the old manager guy who sat us, the one that looked like he was the generic version of the lead singer of disturbed, he basically yelled at us for asking for soda water. Said they didn’t have that, and we told him that emergency had it twice already, and he said “you didn’t have that here, we don’t got that, we don’t have it, you were somewhere else” Anyway, our waitress she tried super hard to get it for us, and then never came back. The whole restaurant also had no food at their tables. But seems like this is the wrong side of Springfield to be on… or so we keep being told cause we’re from out of town. Anyway, daytime doing is the only option of you actually want service.

I just wanted to share my experience on Friday 4/26/24. I went into the restaurant and was promptly greeted and sat. I was in a party of four and we received exceptional service from Serenity and amazing food from the cooks. Everyone in my party had special requests on every single order. Not one item was missed on our special requests and there was a lot. The cooks sent everything out in a fast manner and Serenity kept it together with a smile on her face and never let out glasses get empty. I cannot say enough good things about our family night out here. Thank you team for accommodating our needs you all are amazing.
Worst IHop ever experienced. We came with a group of 8 and they told my son he couldnt be seated until all 8 of us were there. Once we got there they put us at 2 separate tables one on each end of the dirty building. Why not just seat them before we got there if we weren't going to be seated near each other. We then get told by our tweaker server (female) that she is busy and there are 2 tables in front of us. Meanwhile my son on the other end of the restraunt orders his food and is eating and we never even got asked if what we wanted to drink. Nothing no service. We finally left and when I asked for a Manger all I got was dumbfounded looks like huh???Why would you have the first of our group wait if you had no I tention of sitting us together?Why have tweakers working there they obviously can't handle the environment.We waited for 30 min in a nasty dirty booth for ZERO service. While my son who was the first to enter the building ordered and was able to eat.

I ordered through doordash. My driver forgot my gravy for my biscuit and gravy side. My food arrived cold. I have a $7 credit from doordash because of a driver's screw up. This IHOP USED TO be a good place to eat. Idk anymore tbh ??♀️
Bacon was raw, paid extra for cheese on my eggs, it wasn't melted & wasn't cheddar it was American, pretty inedible.

I had delivered a chicken sandwich with onion rings. Also chicken tenders and fries. well chicken on both meals where over cooked hard. My onion rings cold fries where missing . I had a hot chocolate taste like hot water . We got are money back . But this meal I would not feed it to my dog.

I don't like giving mediocre reviews. However, the morning my friend and I had breakfast at this IHop, the staff was nice, but we ordered our food and were the only people in the restaurant at the time. Our food sat for 13 minutes waiting on the waitress to get it and bring it to us. By the time we got it, the pancakes would melt the butter. Don't get me wrong, the food was good, but the servers were on their phones, chatting instead of paying attention to the food orders.
