I have eaten here three times in three years and every time it has been a subpar experience. The food is served warm or even lukewarm rather than hot, and looks like it's been reheated in a microwave instead of cooked on site. Even when dining in, some of the dishes are disposable plastic. Overall, a vibe of fast food served slow and priced high.

LONG wait, sweet tea was almost soured. Napkin on the silverware was dirty. Fish and onion rings was in a bowl not a plate, so was very hard to cut. Onion rings were soggy, not crispy. Had to ask for tarter sauce when it said on the menu that it came with it.

I have always enjoyed iHOP, and the food at this location is consistently great—about 95% of the time, it meets or exceeds expectations. However, one noticeable issue at this specific location is that they often seem short-staffed. The servers, while doing their best, appear overwhelmed, which can lead to longer wait times and a less welcoming atmosphere.
Additionally, during my last visit, I overheard some unprofessional conversations, including an exchange of angry words and occasional profanity, which was disappointing. I truly hope management addresses the staffing concerns and fosters a more positive work environment, as it would greatly enhance the overall dining experience.
That said, the food remains a highlight, and I hope to see improvements that make this location as enjoyable as its menu.

We stopped at IHOP for the first time in a while for brunch. I had the Big Steak Omelet, and my wife had the Jalapeño Kick Burger with onion rings. The Omelet was good, but i didn't realize it was stuffed with hashbrowns and would've ordered fruit on the side, but that's my bad! My wife loved her burger and said that it was soooo tasty and the onion rings tasted like they were homemade! Loved having my own coffee pot also! They seated us right away, and we were waited on shortly afterward. Greeted when we came in and greeted a we left!

To start off the waitress was trying her best. For starters the $7 special advertisements on the table were not available for some reason? Should have left after she told us that! Instead we ordered anyway. Waited 35 minutes for burnt pancakes on one side and was very Leary to send them back! Eggs were decent but sausage and bacon were undercooked! Very disappointing meal! One and done for us!
The establishment is always clean, and the wait staff are always polite. The food was amazing and the prices are fair.
