Horrible service by incompetent management!! told me to leave because she screwed up my order. They are the worst

We went for breakfast and the service was not good to say the least!! A drink was forgotten, had to ask for straws x3, then when the food FINALLY came out after almost an hour wait it didn't come out all together. I was told part of my breakfast had to be remade because it was taken by another server, the food in general was not good at all! I had to go to another table to get salt/pepper/syrup/ketchup & hot sauce, because that wasn't brought out before the food arrived. Then we waited almost an hour for a burger order that was placed the same time breakfast was! Had to go find someone for take home boxes after asking x3 for one! When the server came to clear the table while we were still waiting for the burger I was told it's still being made, she acknowledged the take out box that wasn't brought & when I asked for the check I was told I'd receive it with the burger! Finally after the hour wait for just the burger & after speaking to the server we went up to the front spoke to a very nice girl & told her to forget the burger we've waited an hour for it we just want the check! The server then started yelling from the kitchen that she had said burger & she didn't charge us for it! The only thing anyone could say to us after the terrible serve from the server was they had a cook walk out this morning....that has absolutely nothing to do with then server but ok thank you for the excuse 🤷🏻♀️ Never going back & highly don't recommend!!

I'm still sitting here waiting. I was told 30 minutes and it's been 90. I'm really angry. We work early. If you can't handle thanksgiving then don't offer it. Bad business. It's really hot in here. Maybe they could offer drinks to the people they've lied to. Good to know everyone keeps going out to break. If I ran my place like this we would close down. Pay people and get employees that have made it to middle school. This is a complete joke. Shame on you

It’s unfortunate that the marketing and the way the menu is setup, it is very misleading.
The cost of a kids milk is $3.69.
The kids menu says “step 1, step 2 and add milk”. But didn’t list the price.
The manager was very unhelpful and didn’t offer any discounts or anything. Very rude.
Do not recommend.

Food was good but had to wait for seating for more than 15 minutes as well as several others we observed waiting long periods to even get seated. We had one server at the start that was on it but then it got changed and it was a long wait to order then once they check came it was another 30-40 minutes before we even saw anyone that worked there come through so we could pay and leave. It was very disappointing compared to what service normally is at this and other IHOPs we have been to.

This restaurant was incredibly busy on Tuesday evening. We arrived around 5:15 PM and we didn't wait long for a table. However, we realized quickly that there was only one waitress and one cook. The wonderful waitress was trying her hardest to keep up...she was cheerful and kind. The food was good, but due to the staffing shortage, it was a bit slow. At 6:00 PM, another waitress arrived along with manager.
The ladies restroom was absolutely filthy. The dining room needed some cleaning as well, as there was dirt buildup on the floor around the booths and along the doorway to the kitchen. It has to be challenging to keep a 24/7 restaurant clean, but additional efforts are needed.
Thanks to the sweet waitress who was working so hard to seat, serve, and do the finishing preparations of food in the kitchen. That young lady is amazing!

Place was clean, haven't been to ihop in a couple years especially moving down to missiori. Tasted just the same as it did years ago!. Definitely will be going back, server Gracie was amazing, as well as the staff.

Can I do less than one?
So we get there get seated and the waitress comes over. Didn’t seem to know anything about the menu or ordering system. We order. Each had to repeat their order multiple even pointing it out on the menu. She had to come back to clarify the orders three different times. Okay that’s fine. People are new. Mistakes are made. Husband said “our orders were probably going to be messed up because she seems really new” that is ALL that was said. Period. And not even in a snotty way just a heads to to check things and send it back. We get our order. Things were wrong and missing. Nevaeh’s food had a hair in it. We sent it back. And asked for our missing items. All very cordially. They acted like a hair in our food was no big deal. Manager then said we were being racist to the waitress. We said no we weren’t. He says another customer said we were. He starts being extremely rude to us. Manager brings the food that previously had a hair in it. It’s burnt all to hell. It was chicken tenders. We asked for another manager but he was busy and the other waitress we asked for the other manager gave us the corporate number and the rude managers name. When we said we didn’t mind to wait for the other manager she told us that no one else there would probably be able to help us because the one manager told everyone what the other customer said.
The waitress who tried to help was very nice as was the one who closed our check. Our original waitress was very nice as well just seemed like she was unsure.

To start waitress was very confused coming back to our table 3 different times cause she was confused on the order. I told everyone at the table that the order was probably going to be messed up when the food got to the table half the order was missing and hair in the food sent that food back to get replaced then the so called head manager came over said everyone was being racist about the waitress. So he took over while still waiting on half the order finally got the food that was sent back cause of the hair and this is what was sent over done chicken tenders. A different waitress came over and said all the employees wasnt happy because we made a racist remark not one was made. Do have to say first time i have ever been called a racist by anyone let alone by a so called head manager. Will be the last time i will ever go to that ihop.
