Today at approximately 11:45 a.m., our party of 13 arrived at Imo’s Pizza hoping to dine before the expected church lunch rush. Upon entering, only three small tables were available, with a total of two chairs in the immediate area. As we attempted to arrange the tables to accommodate our group, it became clear there were insufficient chairs, requiring several members of our party to stand.
While doing so, an employee behind the counter observed the situation. I approached and politely asked whether additional chairs were available. The employee responded dismissively, smirked, and stated, “Nope, this is what we’ve got.” The tone and demeanor made it clear that accommodating customers was not a priority.
As a result, our family left and took our business elsewhere. Unfortunately, this experience is consistent with our previous visits over the past four months. On multiple occasions, the staff has demonstrated poor customer service and unprofessional behavior that suggests a lack of interest in serving customers.
It is disappointing to see this at a restaurant with otherwise quality food. I sincerely hope management addresses these ongoing issues, as continued neglect of customer service will likely result in the loss of loyal patrons and could ultimately jeopardize the future of this location.

I've been a lifelong lover of Imo's. My number 1 pizza my whole life. They changed the cheese this year and it's now the worst. It doesn't melt well and it separates becoming oily and gritty. The 100% provel was literally one of the main components setting this pizza apart from competitors. Very unfortunate move by Imo's. If they decide to switch back, I'll decide to begin buying them again.

I grew up on St. Louis Pizza and there is nothing better then a cracker crust, amazing cheese, and if you like salad you have to use thier house sauce. Service is good. The dinning room gives off a 70s pizza joint vibe.

We love Imo’s’! Last night, we had an unfortunate situation. My pizza arrived an hour late and cold. I called and spoke to the manager Justin, he handled the situation so well. I will be back! Thanks Justin

Food was great. The store manager was LOUD. She had a previous employee come to visit and she talked so loud we just wanted to ask her to stop. Wobbly and/or dirty tables.
On 9-18-2025 called to place an order for delivery the phone system disconnected the call I drove to the store at 8:30 at. Ight to order only to find them closed what’s the deal?

Best Imos!!! We are so happy where we just moved because Imos only 2 miles from us!!! We are from St. Louis and sure missed our Imos!!! And they did not disappoint!!! Great pizza and salad everytime and great service as well!!!
