We were staying 5 minutes from Imo's Pizza and submitted and online order. Their tracking service said 25 to 35 minutes. We picked up our extra large pizza and salad 20 minutes after placing the order. The pizza was cold and the crust was thinner and harder than the cardboard box. The house salad was nothing but shredded iceberg lettuce with some grated cheese. All of this for over $40. We will not be going back.

This used to be a good pizza, the cheese seems to be like government cheese. Quality of ingredients is what makes the pizza, no mention didn’t have any source. They lost the customer.

Food was ok, basic. Food was like someone without a lot of cooking experience created it. Garlic bread tasted like a buttered sandwich roll sliced and sprinkled with cheese. Cesar salad was simply bagged iceberg lettuce with the sliced cabbage and carrots sprinkled with parmesan cheese and a side if dressing- not really a cesar salad. The pizza was ok- read the reviews on the cheese- not your typical pizza with mozzarella. The cheese they use is like an American Velveeta mix to describe the taste. I thought it was ok, nothing special, but everyone else in my group didn't care for it. This place was highly recommended to us by locals- I think if you grew up with this "pizza" you'd love it. I love to try local spots and I'm not a pizza connoisseur, but I've made better and have no intention to try again. Staff was friendly when we ordered and they dropped off at table- but that was the only interaction. Restaurant seemed easy for take-out, and family friendly.

Very good location! The place was very clean and the staff was friendly.
The service was not professional at all. The pizza taste like it’s from an easy bake oven. It honestly just didn’t taste like pizza. It’s cut into small squares and has very hard thin crust, but that is not advertised. We only ate a few pieces then left. You’re better off getting a frozen pizza from Walmart!

Extremely Rude manager! I brought to his attention that his worker was not wearing gloves to make pizza. He could visibly be seen through the pizza window touching and sprinkling parmesan cheese and provel cheese with NO gloves. I merely pointed the concern out to the manager and he said well ..he could just refuse my business and some excuse about it being 600 degrees back there. WOW! Not even a I'm sorry I'll address it for u. Sorry it was a busy nite for you .....but hygiene and courtsey are a must !

The fried raviolis were super filled with meat, the mozzarella sticks were really good, we loved their lasagna and over all THEIR PIZZA
Congratulations Imo's! You've officially earned my business as my number one favorite pizza place here in Springfield. The delivery time was so fast and the pizza itself was so mind blowing, I had to come back for more. I picked up my order today and the pizza was ready so quick. Tyler is an awesome employee and deserves a raise for his friendly customer service skills. If you prefer thin crust pizza and good people, then this is definitely the place for you!
