The bartender didn’t give me my full change back just took a tip for herself without me getting to decide. And yes I would have tipped but to just take peoples money bc it’s crowded and you can get away with it is gross.

No food. I think they should definitely incorporate some sort of small plates and they will keep people drinking more and longer even if it's bowls of peanuts or bowls of popcorn for sale. Just think about it guys. You got a good thing going there. Loved your infused vodkas

Do not let your kids come here. They do nfts trap people. Do speak easy with the police and allow trafficking .
There is no one on this place or goes into it worth the time too speak to. Going forward. All people that I have seen downtown doing these things you be removed off any sports platform of my choice.

my friends and i love coming here! but i don’t think i’ll be able to come here any longer after this incident. i was flagged for an unpaid tab when i came in on saturday. i went ahead and paid it, but when i came in on 3/1, i was a designated driver, and my friend bought a diet coke for me. before that, i hadn’t been in since december because i was living in kansas city for a few months, so i had no idea when the unpaid tab would’ve been from. i went back to the bartender and they asked me to message their instagram to figure out the issue. i went ahead and did that, and they asked me to email nicole. after emailing back and forth with nicole, she told me that i had been in the bar multiple times in the last few months, and that the unpaid tab had printed from their pos system on 3/8 but they had no idea what day it was actually from. okay, so i asked for proof and for them to check the cameras, and they sent proof of someone else’s transactions that weren’t my card, but a visa ending in the last same 4 numbers as my discover card, to which the transaction histories stated. as i mentioned above, i have asked for them to look into the cameras, to which they said they cannot do. if they could look, they can see i didn’t get anything on 3/1. if their pos system is printing things from december in march, then fine, but i just need proof.
this just really sucks and i don’t want to be charged for the wrong thing, and like i said, i hadn’t been in since december. if there is a way they can look into when i was actually there on 3/1 and when the tab may have been from i have absolutely no issue with that, because i didn’t get anything. but it seems like there is not a way they can do that / want to, and i don’t wish to come back and have to get flagged for the wrong things. i would think it’s possible to flag the wrong person since they are so busy and are pulling up the wrong persons card info. this is just super frustrating and i dont wish to spend my time here anymore.

edit: my issue was the way the situation was handled and the way i was responded to. i wrote the review prior to receiving the email stating she would give me a refund, but before that she accused me of being in the bar multiple times and the “proof” was with the card that wasn’t mine. i was just upset at that point.

she also stated that because the system prints the declined tab on a certain date doesn’t mean that’s when that’s from, but now from what you’re stating it looks like it was triggered by me entering so it just doesn’t make sense because i wasn’t there on the 8th. the only time i was there was on the 1st since december. i don’t know why a declined tab would get flagged from that far back on a day i wasn’t even in your establishment. and then to be treated like i was lying. the situation may be unusual that i paid it and then reached out but i just didn’t want to cause a hassle on a busy saturday. i understand not wanting to go back through footage because it’s probably a hassle, but after all this i just don’t want to come back to avoid this happening again. i appreciate the refund, i didn’t even tip when i paid the tab either. the tip was also added on there for me, so who knows what’s happening with that, but this whole thing sucks. there’s not really a way to make it right, i just won’t be back

A vodka bar!!!! Great service, fantastic atmosphere, and Alex and Isiah were so friendly and knowledgeable! It is so nice to have a place that is not beer focused but does offer something for everyone. If you are in Springfield, check them out.

Great place but kind of weird when the cops just kind of hang around inside the whole time. Makes it seem like you can’t have as much fun as you want. Other than that,?

I've been here a million times. The crowd is mostly towards college age mostly. Most people are pretty cool and I've made a few friends here. The hard part is ordering a drink sometimes when it's so packed. Neat back area for random games, smoking, or meeting new people. I'm too old for this place, in my opinion, but it's close and my friends like it. I prefer a quieter environment but this place is not bad. Sorry about the pics, I may be a little under the influence in them lol.

there are accounts of women being dr*gged almost EVERY weekend!!! please stop going to this bar, it's not safe!!!! my friend had half a drink and was throwing up, unable to walk, and if she had been alone she could have been kidnapped or killed. PREDATORS!!! STAY AWAY!!! there was a whole press release about this bar and the harm it has caused. read it for yourself and see.

Tuesdays Trivia with Show me Trivia is always a blast! I don’t feel out of place being a 90s kid (I thought I would since it’s a college hangout). The trivia has fun themes and service is quick and kind!

I have always had such a great experience here. Everyone is so nice, the service is great, and the music and drinks are always good! The workers always make you feel safe which is a huge plus!
