Insomnia Cookies

I got it delivered and it was reasonable timing . It was a a little pricey but not too bad . I got the dream weaver and vanilla ice cream and it was decent . Haven’t tried the cookies yet .

I have ordered a cookie delivery from Insomnia, for my office, on two occasions. The first time, the delivery was very late and I called the store and they said the guy would "be here eventually". It did arrive eventually. Fine. Maybe they were having a bad day.
The second time .... BUCKLE UP. This one is fun:
I place the order on Monday, requesting a box of cookies to be delivered on Wednesday at noon.
Wednesday morning, I get a text: They are working on my order which will arrive at noon.
At 1:10pm, still no delivery. I call the store. Rings for 3&1/2 minutes then disconnects. I call back and push a different prompt. (apparently it transferred me to a call center.) A lady answered sounding SUPER mad that she had been called.
Lady at call center: Insomnia Cookies
Me: Is this the Springfield location?
Lady: It’s a call center. What do you need?
Me: Our delivery was due over an hour ago. I am checking on the status of that.
*She spends several minutes, theoretically, looking up this order*
Lady: That store isn’t even open til 6pm today
Me: Why, when I placed this order, did they gave me the option of a noon delivery?
Lady: They were supposed to be open then something happened
Me: Really? I got a text at 11 today saying that they were working on my order and it was on its way?
Lady: *sits in absolute silence, not responding*
Me: Okay, well we are in an office and we won’t be here at 6pm, so can we just cancel that order?
Lady: (sounding increasingly more angry with me for some reason) Or we can just reschedule it?
Me: It was for an office party. Which is today. So, that won't work.
Lady: It will be 3-5 business days for that to process
Me: *laughs*
Lady: …
Me: …
Lady: …
Me: Thank you?
Lady: *this is muffled and hard to make out* Anything else?
Me: Uh ... no I guess?
Lady: Bye. *Hangs up*

I have some unanswered questions, here. Why does the app still say my order is on its way? Why did I voluntarily pay money just for my order to get cancelled and for me to get yelled at? Why was I expecting any level of customer service, like, "we're sorry that happened." etc. when I should know better by now? Sigh .... don't bother ordering things from these guys. They're a disaster.

I didn't even want to give them the one star but I had to leave the review literally disgusting not even the cookies or the food the workers they have snobby attitude like if you don't want to work at insomnia Cookie don't work there cuz you're making a bad name for them and I will not be back and I will be calling the higher-ups

Omg! You definitely need to give this place a chance. The staff is amazing, they were so patient and friendly. Treated you like a friend not just a customer.
And the cookies ??OMG! Amazing, they are soft, flavorful just awesomeness. And they are open late, 1 a.m. Definitely going to make this a regular stop on my trips through Springfield!
oh and they do deliver, not sure of details with delivery though.

I was craving cookies and Insomnia was the first on Google maps. I ordered 2 sugar cookies and 2 Snickerdoodles. The sugar cookies are the smaller of the 2 (a quarter for size reference) and they had zero flavor, just extremely sweet, and they fell apart as you were eating them, not in a good way. The Snickerdoodles were much better; they had more flavor, but also were extremely sweet. I won't buy from them, again. The cookies were under-baked and not worth the almost $13 I paid for them.

The food was delicious, I got three warm cookies and delicious cups of ice cream for only 25 bucks. The delivery was fast, it took the driver 20 minutes to get to the house but I gave one star because you can not track it. I pulled up the tracking site and it does not tell me an estimated time of arrival or show where the car is at the moment, it just shows the pathway to your designation. I had to stand by the door and wait for the driver who was very nice and cute.

I don't remember the last time I went there but the cookies and ice cream were so good I couldn't even finish the ice cream. Customer service was amazing and the employee was super helpful 10/10 all around

These cookies are warm and delicious delicious. The employees are friendly and the place smells like heaven!
