Don't do delivery. They use their own drivers, so delivery of 6 cookies took over 90 minutes.

The shop is clean, staff is very helpful and friends, cookies were pretty good.

My order was originally set for 8:15 or so and then at 8:30, the estimated time changed to 9:30. I’m going to bed by then. Not acceptable. I received delivery a few minutes after 9:30. I didn’t even think they were coming as delivery app said still waiting for driver. I didn’t expect super warm brownies or anything but the regular brownie was crunchy and just didn’t seem fresh.

We had a great experience at insomnia cookies! Employee Ally made us fresh vegan cookies since they were out at the time and was very welcoming and kind our entire visit.

Put in a delivery order (6 pack) at 10:10p that was set to be delivered in 35-45 minutes. The tracker on the app wasnt moving or updating the status so I called the store at 10:35. Girl who answered said they were just waiting on fresh brownies and that there driver would head to us first as soon as he was back. Tracker updated and said he would be to us by 10:50-11:05. Got a notification driver left the store at 10:42. 11:06, I called the store again (cos the tracker wasnt updating) and the lady who answered said that the driver must've misunderstood he was supposed to come to us first but that he was in the neighborhood and should only be 5 minutes away. Driver arrived at 11:20.
Cookies were lukewarm and soggy in the middle. Brownies we got were fine.
I like Insomnia overall but definitely would not recommend ordering delivery from here.

13.99 for 6 cookies and specialized cookies cost even more? 6 cookies are literally more than a dozen donuts from Krispy Kreme.

Never a disappointment. My kids are in college and when the need arrives to make them smile I send Insomnia Cookies. Delivered fast and warm every time!

This rating might’ve been a 4 or 5 but they forgot the rainbow sprinkles and that rained on my parade for my niece! I live in another state so this was my way to celebrate her on her special day. To pay over $60 to have a cookie delivered and pay $2 for sprinkles on top of it is crazytown as is but to forget sprinkles for a 7 year old is tantamount to being diabolical. They offered the $2 back. Well duh! Very disappointed in my first experience with this company. The “shift leader” i spoke with on the phone couldn’t have cared less which is on par with the delivery I got. She stated it happens from time to time which left me with no confidence to ever order from there again. And yes rainbow sprinkles are that important.
