i like their rangoons. i haven't eaten one of their entrees in probably 20 years so im not sure. used to go there all the time when i was college age. most of my friends went there when we were younger, it was one of the most popular Springfield cashew type restaurants in town. but i think theyve alienated some of their crowd. there has been not one soul in the place the last 4 times ive gone through the drive through to get some rangoons.

We went after lunch hours for carry out. Not as good as I remembered from years ago but still tasty. Rice was over cooked and clumpy. Ordered cashew chicken

Service was great, food was cooked to perfection, and I even ordered extras to go when I got done eating. We had the hot scallion shrimp, crab rangoon, egg rolls, potstickers, and broccoli beef. I would definitely eat here anytime

Wheelchair accessibility: Large doors, plenty of room to move around inside, and ramped curb

My wife and I met at missouri state and while we were there (over 20 yrs ago) we loved Jade East. We frequented both locations (there used to be one close to campus) on a weekly basis. It was our favorite place to eat in Springfield and what inspired us to find restaurants in St Louis that offer "Springfield" cashew chicken. We were back in town for the first time in almost 20 yrs and decided to give it a try despite the Google reviews. BIG mistake! Trust the bad reviews. Without writing a novel about everything that was bad I'll just say it was the worst overall dining experience we've ever had. We were actually worried the whole trip home that we were going to have food poisoning. It is mind blowing to me that this place is still in business.

I love their food my family has been going here for 35 years, which was before they were at this particular location, but it is still the same great hospitality and great tasting Chinese food. I love their chicken fried rice, and Cashew chicken!

Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to onions and they will special order for me.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessible parking, we have a wheelchair van.

Over priced for tough flavorless chicken. I ate here a couple times in the past and it was decent and affordable. I haven't been in over a year and the prices changed, which makes sense due to inflation, but unacceptable for a price increase that comes along with bringing the quality of the food down. Dinner was disappointing:( won't be going back.

So very disappointed. Went in because we'd years ago enjoyed the small buffet. However, when my brother and I went in today, we left realizing it was a mistake to have visited again. Buffet was pathetically small and ill prepared (NO desserts or salad), server rarely attended to us even though we were the only ones there, and the final blow came when they actually charged more than $12 each for the lunch "buffet!" I asked for a discount but was told no. Very sad.

We stopped in Sunday night and the service was the only good thing. My soup has almost nothing in it, our lo mein was made with spaghetti noodles, both our pork fried rice and beef lo mein has just a few pieces of meat and hardly no veg, my egg roll was burnt, and the crab Rangoon was dessert sweet. I almost called to try and get my money back because I had to recook the rice just so it had some flavor. I did not bother just won't go back. Springfield has plenty of other choices
