As a jersey guy, I get really homesick for the comfort ofhome. So traversing the Midwest I try to stop at Jersey Mike’s for some familiarity. Lo and behold the manager, Dave, of this location, has spent some time in New York and New Jersey so he made me and my group feel right at home. The food was delicious and the place was clean. I really appreciate the environment that they provided us. Thanks all!

11/18/24 we ordered 2 large sandwiches from west side by their app at 12pm lunch. drive across town to pick it up. when we got there the man said they stopped take app ordered because they were to busy! he said that they probably got the order but to busy to fill it. while standing there 4 pre-orders came in and pick up their food. he was really rude and they turn the app off when they get busy. that after 20minutes he Saud I have to go through the line and order. we left!! very rude man

Waited 20 minutes for my online order. They said it was being prepared. Asked after 20 minutes as to where it was and they decided they didn't have the order in their system ! They rudely told me I'd have to get in line (10+ people) and wait my turn! Very bad experience!!!!

I can't quit the philly cheese. Great subs.

Becoming a victim of their success. Plan on waiting 30-45 minutes for sandwiches at lunch time. Most of that time will be spent waiting for them to finish online orders.

I wasted 30 minutes of my time today waiting for a mobile order that sat on the counter, completely ignored, getting cold. I checked in, did everything on my end, and your staff just didn’t seem to care.
Why would you want a bunch of frustrated customers standing around your lobby waiting? Just announce the orders when they’re ready. This was a waste of my time and entirely avoidable if staff were paying attention.

Which sucks because Jersey Mikes has been a fav of mine, but this is the 2nd time this has happened at this location.

Order #17, hot sandwich. Wrapped when handed to me-I requested additional ingredients and was told ‘next time you need to tell us ahead of time since that sandwich comes off the grill’. I was never asked if I wanted additional ingredients, it’s THEIR job not mine to get the sandwich made correctly. It’s not the patron’s responsibility to make what is evidently a special request to get fresh ingredients added to a hot sandwich.

Train the workers not the guests who have a thousand other places they can spend their money at, Rosa.

Attached is my sandwich I got, ugly and unappetizing. I could see the sandwich hanging out of the paper before it was rehanded to me-seemed disgruntlely rewrapped.

I normally go to the Glenstone location, but since I was getting chemo and I had someone drive, they went to the Battlefield location. I got my standard Philly steak sandwich. I added extra meat and portobello mushrooms. This sandwich was not good. It was very dry and even though I paid for the mushrooms they did not put them on the sandwich. I will not go back to this location. The Glenstone location (even short staffed) makes way better sanwiches.
