Best jersey mikes I’ve been to in awhile. Food was delicious, staff were very friendly and efficient. They were very welcoming from the moment I walked in. 10/10 Good job guys you all deserve a raise!!

Honestly, I rarely leave reviews and was not going to leave this one as I assume it wont matter but we spent way to much at this location for the messed up and worthless food we got. We have gotten food here numerous times but no point anymore. We ordered 3 salads/bowls and paid alot for them. One was literally half empty and had hardly any lettuce but covered in mayo. Wasn't even a side salad. Another was drowned in Mayo and it was not supposed to have any. The third the bacon was disgusting and overall uneatable with so much mayo you couldn't enjoy them. I checked the order and it was put in right but made way wrong and for this price you should get more than a handful of lettuce and a 1/4 cup mayo. No point in going back I just wish I had never ordered and had my money back. By the time we got home and we live a good 30 minutes away it was to far and to late to go back. Wont bother to go back if this is what they think of their customers. It was right after 4:30 so don't not know if the manager was working but I hope not.

I can’t rate the food, I hear it’s amazing but I pulled into their parking lot at 8:45 pm after finishing a dash and hoping to grab a bite to eat… I saw they close at 9 and thought perfect! Just in time! However, they had already locked their doors. Super bummed. Had to go next door to five guys…

This specific location is not qualified for online orders being taken. A line of online customers who came at a time given to them and watch as customers showing up get handled first? Then having to wait on those ahead of them even longer. Altogether? 30 minutes past the suggested time to come. Ours being a giant as well made for us to be last of the online orders. Without a coupon or even apology for the wait even though it was said to others? We accidentally chose this location and might never return and instead go to its much better run establishment on Glenstone!

Somehow they got every part of my order wrong yesterday. The verified the special instructions were on the ticket but somehow didn’t read them . I said no mayo there was mayo I said add pickles there was no pickles . I said cut into halves they cut into fourths . I said bacon there was no bacon . You pay 18$ for a sandwich and you can’t even follow simple orders it leaves a bad taste in your mouth

Visited the store in Columbia, Missouri. Our first time in Springfield store. It’s my grandson‘s go to. Supposed to meet him for lunch, but we were late due to medical appointment. Two people splitting the large is lots of food unless you’re a big eater. recommend a smaller option. Place was busy with lots of takeaways.

Update: The #56 was $7.75 and is now $10.25 that is an increase of $2.50 not 50 cents. It is also a 32% increase. So you are off by a factor of 5.

Either way, overpriced now and will not be returning, ever. I’ll head over to Queen City Deli and get their steak sandwich made with a filet for barely more than your deli meat crap.

The subs are still great but with a nearly 50% increase in the price of the Philly I always get it isn't worth it anymore. I can go to a sit down restaurant and get a philly, fries and a drink for less than a philly, chips and a drink. I don't see me going back for a long time now, I was going 1-2 a week.

A very tasty sub, perfect. And waiting for me to grab to carry out quickly after I made the order on the app. You can really tell the difference with the better quality of meats, better quality of bread, and even the spicy mustard.

Great first time experience. We got two hot sandwiches for dinner and two cold for lunch the next day. The cheese steak beef was so so. Id say 6 outta 10. The chicken cheese steak was a lot better. I'd say that's a 7 outta 10. The club sub id say 7.5 ... the roast beef sub was 7.8.. very friendly... needs a lil deep cleaning. Otherwise good place to eat.
