The food wasn’t great but it also wasn’t the worst. I had never tried Jersey Mikes so I decided to give it a go. Would go there again. There were 6 employees behind the counter and one person dressing sandwiches. It took forever to get our food. Firehouse subs is far better.
They messed up my order and the. Told me I had only a week to come back in and get the sub remade. So I get the wrong thing and then put on a time line instead of just refunding or giving me the points equivalent to the mistake made.
The Italian light mayo and light spicy pepper is delicious.

Just a sub sandwich lady taking order kinda seemed like she would rather be doing something else but can't fault her maybe she had a bad day overall pretty positive
Never a fast stop. Online orders are often an hour wait. Would not recommend this location. Not efficient at all
Every time I have been to this location they are always rude. It doesn’t matter if they have a million to go orders, a line of ten people or absolutely nothing going on. They treat you like you’re a horrible person for coming into their store. The customer service of this location needs a huge improvement. Will only be going to the Glenstone location from now on.
Good food and we absolutely love the staff. They are the sweetest and half of the enjoyment of going is getting to talk to them. They definitely make the place more of a reason to visit. Thanks you guys ❤️

Took them forever to even take my order, then there were rude af.. I’d rather drive to the one on glenstone that ever deal with those type of rude was people!
Not sure what happened to this location being good. Last 2 times thought it was a fluke but we waited 30 plus mins and they out mobile orders on wait. Today order a big kahuna open it up to just chicken and a couple things of cheese. And 2 jalapeños not even close to what you use to get no flavor let alone half the sandwich is missing. What I paid for and got should get a giant for free
Went in there for a simple big kahuna sub place the order it took 50 minutes to get my order and it wasn’t even the right order.
