Jimmy John's in Springfield

“I had never been to a Jimmy John’s before, however my blood sugar was tanking and I didn’t have any candy in the car. The sweet guy behind the counter took care of me even though they weren’t quite open yet. I have to say the sandwich was excellent as well. Since I frequent the gym across the street this will be my go to stop for lunch after my workout.“

“Stopped in after a long week and felt like something healthier than the norm. I got a Cuban and everything was super fresh and flavorful. Just plain tastes fresher than subway.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not super easy but someone will help at the door. I made it up well enough with limited mobility.“

“Jimmy John's sandwiches are always pretty good. To the man who was very kind and chill when I spilled a whole tea down the wall today, I hope you get a raise and both sides of your pillow are cold. That is the way customer service (and human kind in general) should be. A thousand thank yous.“

“100,000,000/5 stars! The people who work here are amazing and have ginormous hearts. I’ve ordered a lot in the last two weeks (almost daily 😅) and they always get everything perfect ❤️ I’d definitely recommend a visit if you’re in the mood for tasty food and excellent service ☺️“

“The staff greeted us (and everyone else who came in while we dined) and answered all our questions about the menu. When I ordered, they started making my sandwich, then my husband ordered and our food was ready when we completed our payment. Watching the staff work, they seem to communicate and work well together. They each took turns taking orders, making sandwiches, and prepping food.“

“I don't frequent this location often because of the area of town it is in. Today, when we arrived, only 1 lady was working and had several orders. She busted them out without any problems or complaints. I assume another employee was on delivery. Food was great as always.“
