went here last night at 11:25 and the guy working counter said he was unable to make anything in the ovens because he turned them off. 35 min til close and the ovens were turned off, and poor customer service from him as well

My pregnancy cravings had my husband driving 30 minutes there and back, and I wish I would have just driven the 5 minutes to Subway. I was so disappointed in not just the service, but the food too that I couldn’t even eat it. I left feedback already, but I will NEVER return to this location.

I called to ask about my husband's burnt sandwich, as it came hard and burnt edges, plus broken from being cooked so much. I was told if bread comes out of sandwich it can happen. My other two childrens has their bread removed and was not burnt. I requested the bread on side. Guts on side. Was not provided and a note in my order I threw the guts away out of habit sorry. This is why I wanted the guts out. I called the store and was told nothing they can do, that I call back tomorrow and speak to the GM. Also my sandwich has crushed or something on the meat.
I've worked at sandwich shops before, this would not have went out the door.
Added. I contacted the store and they could not give me a refund saying cooperate won't allow that. I don't believe that. They offered 15.00 in store credit or a free sandwich delivery. I asked for a giant as that would be close. I was told just a regular sandwhich. I emailed over exactly what we wanted and guess what, they still messed ot up. I said no oil or mayo. There was both. My husband gets sick when he has oils and spreads so he couldn't eat it. Staff rude, they don't make food right. Don't waste your time here.

I ordered my sandwich on the app for delivery because my man took both car keys to work accidentally. Hour later no sandwich no one answering the phone but yet they charged me for the food fee and delivery tip. This location needs to be closed that or I should have the option to choose my location I order from. Do better and I want my money back
Was cussed out by the “manager” refused to give name but had zero customers. Instead said the order was 15mins behind due to it being busy. Not busy. Extremely rude will never be back and will file video evidence with corporate.

Parking: Was hard to me to pull in to a park spot. And then had to back up and park on the side of the building, like parallel parking. But other than that I enjoyed the restaurant and food.
