Jimmy John's sandwiches are always pretty good. To the man who was very kind and chill when I spilled a whole tea down the wall today, I hope you get a raise and both sides of your pillow are cold. That is the way customer service (and human kind in general) should be. A thousand thank yous.

Need a policy change on patrons paying cash. When your staff would rather throw food away because I bring a $50 bill to pay for a $20 meal, that’s incredibly stupid. I did not see a sign anywhere, but even if there was one it would be ridiculous. Food was made, lady working the register refused to take my money. I’m pissed and will not be back to this location specifically.
Asked for pickles &crispy jalapenos and didn't get the crispy jalapenos, it WAS not cut in half... any of the three!
No mayo or mustard packets.

I go to this place constantly and maybe once out of every 5 visits is my sandwich made right. I don't know if the employees are spacing out or just not listening but it's maddening.

First time ever going and subway beats them in every way you don't get to pick bread or toppings they don't ask if you want it toasted it's no fun and prices are bad $10 for a half of a foot long horrible ill never go back sorry jj I'm surprised your in business.
Good, fresh sub. Very clean store, and polite staff. $14.10 for an 8" sub combo is a bit pricey, but that seems to be the world we live in now. No tipping is nice, but I hope you pay your staff well.

The food was pretty good and it was mostly clean inside. I kinda got the feeling that one of the employees was either having a rough day or just didn't really want to be there. I was humored by the Jimmy John's Do's and Dont's ?
