Jimmy John’s no longer freaky fast. I placed an online order at 11:36am. Get a notification at 12:04pm that it is on the way. Didn’t get my food until 12:30pm. Ridiculous. And the sandwich didn’t even taste very good. Disappointed.

Absolutely ridiculous when you place an online order for curbside pickup at for a 12:15 pickup (arrived at 12:10 and checked in on the app) and it’s 12:46 before we found out our order was placed on the rack at that point the food was soggy and disgusting and when we asked about the wait time the staff at the front just said we didn’t want to bring it outside. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. Waiting that long for soggy bread after we sat and waited and they could see us parked in the curbside park. This is unacceptable! I don't recommend.

In the past this was a great place for subs but on our recent visit the bread was stale and the meat was old. We have not been back. I would not recommend.

I order from this Jimmy John’s a lot and they’re always very fast. Today I went to get my order when they left it outside my door and I spilt my drink all over my front porch and the driver saw it and came back a little later and brought me a new one. Literally the nicest thing ever, it really turned my day around. If I could give them more than five stars I would!!

Might be able to give 4 stars if it was a little faster. Jimmy Johns used to be freaky fast. They would have your sando made before you finished paying. Not the case anymore. But it did taste good and the staff was friendly.
Great location and quick service. We were in town for soccer games. 4 games over the weekend meant healthy lunches in between. This location. Is close to the Lake County Soccer complex. You can order in the app and it should be ready by the time you get to the location...... depending on how busy they are at the time. We ordered and had to wait a few minutes then we arrived. The five stars is mainly for the friendly staff and caution to my gluten allergy. The food is normal for JJ and perfect for between soccer matches.

2 hours for delivery and charged twice. When I called to inquire about the extra charge I was told they couldn’t help me on their end and if I wasn’t happy with what he was saying, he would just hang up. I would MUCH rather give 5 stars cause I know places are understaffed! But this was sheer rudeness and a cold sub that sat out for an hour and a half and a watered down drink.
