My assistant recently stopped by Jimmy John's to pick up my usual lettuce wrap, something I get several times a week. However, when he came back, the sandwich was quite different from what I normally enjoy. Instead of the typical wrap, I received just two pieces of lettuce with a single slice of roast beef and an overwhelming amount of mayonnaise. It was a disappointing mix-up, not at all what I expected.

Determined to make things right, I gave Jimmy John's a call and spoke directly with the manager. I appreciated how quickly and kindly they handled the situation. The manager not only arranged to have the sandwich remade exactly how I usually order it but also delivered it to my home, along with a thoughtful cookie as a gesture of apology. This personal touch really made a difference and showed that they value their customers.

Overall, while the initial mistake was frustrating, the way Jimmy John's responded turned the experience around completely. Their willingness to fix the order promptly and go the extra mile left me feeling respected and cared for. I’d still recommend Jimmy John's, especially for anyone who values responsive customer service alongside their food. It’s comforting to know they’re ready to listen and make things right when needed.

Unfortunately, they ran out of bread for my sandwich, but it was made up for by the female employees perfect attitude working this evening. I can tell she genuinely loves her job and she works very hard!!! Go you girl!

Wasn’t greeted, employees focused more on their super important conversation than starting my online order. Order was started like 5 min passed estimated pick up time and I was one of two customers in the store so they weren’t busy.

When order was finished employee walked straight past me to set my food down on the mobile order shelf. They didn’t ask if I was waiting on an order, if I needed any help, I was just invisible in this location. Terrible customer service and no pride. 100% Avoid this location.

Very rude and unprofessional the workers seem like they don’t want to be there and they are very short with customers and the food was not even put together right they threw my food together and once I had my order in my hand they went back to playing on there phones and ignoring everyone this jimmy johns needs to work on there people skills

If I could give this location a zero star I would do it in a heart beat the sandwich is a slim2 giant for $10.99 tax would have came out to $12.00 the cashier lady charged me over $17.00 didn’t give me a receipt. Make sure when you go to this location make sure the price is right before cashing out with them. And the food is made correctly.

The staff greeted us (and everyone else who came in while we dined) and answered all our questions about the menu. When I ordered, they started making my sandwich, then my husband ordered and our food was ready when we completed our payment. Watching the staff work, they seem to communicate and work well together. They each took turns taking orders, making sandwiches, and prepping food.

They stole 71.14 from me! Paid with my Venmo debit card it showed on my end it went through, They say it did not on theirs. Refused to refund or give me the 5 meals I paid for! I think the management must be skimming off the top! Very poor customer service!
