The staff greeted us (and everyone else who came in while we dined) and answered all our questions about the menu. When I ordered, they started making my sandwich, then my husband ordered and our food was ready when we completed our payment. Watching the staff work, they seem to communicate and work well together. They each took turns taking orders, making sandwiches, and prepping food.

They stole 71.14 from me! Paid with my Venmo debit card it showed on my end it went through, They say it did not on theirs. Refused to refund or give me the 5 meals I paid for! I think the management must be skimming off the top! Very poor customer service!

I had a supervisor pick up my Cesar wrap yesterday for lunch, idk who made that wrap but kudos to you seriously! That was so good who ever made it and mind you I have had it 2 more times prior to when it came out and it didnt taste like yesterday's so thank you to the staff and or person who made that, that makes me want to come order another one today!!

Wow what an amazing team here!! I mean it just listening to Tom and Erica interact with their team was a fantastic thing! They praised their staff for all their hard work and you could tell it was sincere, these are the types of people who deserve to be recognized!! Everything was absolutely perfect from the food to the staff! Will definitely be back to THIS store soon (even though it is out of the way)

The atmosphere at this location was horrible. There were 6 workers discussing all of their personal lives at the top of their lungs. It was the most unprofessional group of workers I have ever experienced.

I would be very cautious after what I went through. We had just got in from out of town & went in to grab sandwiches to go...along w/ chips. I got the BLT on wheat w/ no mayo. About 6 hours later, I became sicker than a dog. I had nothing else to eat that day, so I know it had to be that sandwich. The bacon was the kind you buy that's precooked, not crispy, not warm...kind of gross. Everything was cold & did not taste right, but I ate it along w/ just a few plain chips because I was hungry. I will never go to this Jimmy Johns again after reading their reviews on safety standards & because of how very sick I got. I would definitely be careful if it doesn't look or taste right...stop eating & return it. No one wants or should get sick like this.

Poor quality control at this location. Third disappointing food order. This time the roll was undercooked on the top so the sandwich was immediately soggy on top and gummy on the bottom. And the staff unilaterally unapologetic during my phone call where I was told there was nothing they could do since it had been delivered by Uber Eats.PS Don't give me a phony corporate url to write to. You did that the last 2 times and it doesn't work, you can press submit all day and it never goes through. Do better for the people (not me, never again) who are going to hand over their hard-earned money and not receive anything of value in return.
