I visited this location looking to try the Un-wich. We had barely any meat and toppings, and we left hungry after spending around $20. We were so disappointed, and felt personally insulted by the onlooking workers who were glaring at us, as if they knew the sandwich was terrible and wanted to watch our reactions. In any normal case I would have asked for my money back, but I was so offended, I just left without making an issue.
Today we got the un-wich from a different Jimmy John’s, and it was huge. We were totally ripped off by this Jimmy John’s, don’t even go there! No excuses for them, they weren’t busy and there were multiple workers - they knew!

Ordered delivery to the hotel we’re staying at. Our order was delivered quickly and everything was exactly how we ordered it. The delivery driver was very polite. We will definitely order from this location again if in the area.

Placed an order and after an hour it was still not delivered. It had now been 2 days. Took my money and never even updated me on why my order wasn’t delivered. I want a refund. This is pathetic.

I came in wanting a sandwich with no tomatoes because I’m deathly allergic, got a number 4 and they needed up putting tomoatoes on it (it’s fine everyone makes mistakes) I come back through the drive through requesting a new one due to the allergy and Isabelle refused to make me a new sandwich or give me a refund and then proceeded to call the cops on me. She slammed the drive through door on me and then when I pulled around to come in to get a refund she locked the doors on me. The cops came and got me my refund as well as a new sandwich. The cops as well as the other coworkers were baffled how she treated me and how the situation went down. Definitely would recommend go to any other location instead of this one. Isabelle was completely unprofessional and made this one of the worst experiences ever, over a sandwich.

The driver forgot my drink.Only took 2 dollars off when the drink was 2.59 Delivery fee that they supposedly do not give to the driver.I will never use this company again.The sandwich is little.I got charged 12.00 for an itty bitty sandwich
