I don't frequent this location often because of the area of town it is in. Today, when we arrived, only 1 lady was working and had several orders. She busted them out without any problems or complaints. I assume another employee was on delivery. Food was great as always.

We ordered our food and never received it.
I ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 chips, and 2 lg drinks at 4:10 pm. It is now 5:41 and it is still saying that Uber is going to deliver. BUT we have not received anything. I believe Dennis (on a bicycle) (the delivery person) is eating our sandwiches. We have not received our order. Called the store 3 times. 4:40pm, 5:01 pm and finally my husband called to cancel our order at 5:03 pm.
The Uber app is still giving an estimated arrival - is 5:44 pm. It is 5:43 pm and we still do not have our order.
If the Jimmy Johns does not have any JJ Delivery drivers, then they need to PUT a new process on the Online ordering. If needed, we would have gone to pick-up our order.

2 1/2 hours later, we received a cancellation from Uber "Sorry, but your delivery was cancelled. Your delivery person couldn't finish the delivery. Please contact Jimmy John's - 3233 E Sunshine St for further assistance.

We have been a longtime customer visiting or ordering online; and after this, we will NOT be frequently ordering either way from Jimmy Johns.

Tried the new sandwich with the bbq sauce and I was average. I can do better making it myself. I normally get the Italian night club or the number 10. I will stick to those in the future. Service is always amazing and always super fast on delivery!

Came in on 5/16 around 5ish. The two male workers decided to talk about a ball game then wait on me, I was the only customer. Had to leave elsewhere to get service and food. Who ever is your hiring manager needs to do a better job. What a shame.

One of the worst culinary experiences I have been through. The person who made my order was incredibly condescending and short with myself, as well as other customers who were being served at that time.Additionally, the food in which I was served was not only incorrect, but the bread was so hard that I could use it as a hammer.

Horrible experience with team on 2/1/24 between the hours of 4:30 and 6:40.They were supposed to redeliver a replacement sandwich and when called 1.5 hours later to ask where it was, the person on the phone claimed he had redelivered to my house and I wasn’t there. All the windows in the house and we were next to my front door the entire time but he delivered and dropped off on my porch. No Ring notifications, no sandwich. I asked him to refund my sandwich to which he claimed he can’t refund me three sandwiches. Then proceeded to yell at me. Then hung up on me. They won’t return my call, or my money. 10/10 would recommend if you have an incompetence kink or are trying to lose weight (due to starvation).Their kickin’ ranch is fire, though.

I eat at Jimmy John’s all the time, multiple locations across the country. The big guy that works at this location is a jerk, very rude terrible customer service, and told me that the franchise would not allow them to take a bill larger than a 50 that may be the case, but it’s a terrible rule by the franchise and Jimmy John’s corporate should look into this the way he presented it was not professional

I ordered a number 4 with extra mayo, ez lettuce, and tomatoes; side of lemonade and a brownie for curbside pickup. I didn’t receive any tomatoes or extra mayo and I had to go back inside to get the lemonade I ordered which totally defeats the purpose of curbside pickup. First and last experience at Jimmy John’s. 8 months pregnant so I still ate it lol but overall terrible experience.

Tried to order delivery, called after 30 minutes, wasn't mad just had to go back to work. Got told all sandwiches were out for delivery. 15 more minutes went by, still no sandwich, called and asked him to just cancel the order and got told okay then hung up on. Called a third time and he argued that it would be there soon, but I had to go back to work. Asked again to just cancel it. He said okay, we will see if he actually does or not.
