One of the worst culinary experiences I have been through. The person who made my order was incredibly condescending and short with myself, as well as other customers who were being served at that time.Additionally, the food in which I was served was not only incorrect, but the bread was so hard that I could use it as a hammer.

Horrible experience with team on 2/1/24 between the hours of 4:30 and 6:40.They were supposed to redeliver a replacement sandwich and when called 1.5 hours later to ask where it was, the person on the phone claimed he had redelivered to my house and I wasn’t there. All the windows in the house and we were next to my front door the entire time but he delivered and dropped off on my porch. No Ring notifications, no sandwich. I asked him to refund my sandwich to which he claimed he can’t refund me three sandwiches. Then proceeded to yell at me. Then hung up on me. They won’t return my call, or my money. 10/10 would recommend if you have an incompetence kink or are trying to lose weight (due to starvation).Their kickin’ ranch is fire, though.

I eat at Jimmy John’s all the time, multiple locations across the country. The big guy that works at this location is a jerk, very rude terrible customer service, and told me that the franchise would not allow them to take a bill larger than a 50 that may be the case, but it’s a terrible rule by the franchise and Jimmy John’s corporate should look into this the way he presented it was not professional

I ordered a number 4 with extra mayo, ez lettuce, and tomatoes; side of lemonade and a brownie for curbside pickup. I didn’t receive any tomatoes or extra mayo and I had to go back inside to get the lemonade I ordered which totally defeats the purpose of curbside pickup. First and last experience at Jimmy John’s. 8 months pregnant so I still ate it lol but overall terrible experience.

Tried to order delivery, called after 30 minutes, wasn't mad just had to go back to work. Got told all sandwiches were out for delivery. 15 more minutes went by, still no sandwich, called and asked him to just cancel the order and got told okay then hung up on. Called a third time and he argued that it would be there soon, but I had to go back to work. Asked again to just cancel it. He said okay, we will see if he actually does or not.

Delicious, always. I don't know what my wife's problem is with this place but she maybe it's because she's intelligent and dears soy exposure. I don't know?! It's weird.

I have ordered from this store 100 plus time with delivery...after waiting over an hr with no call...I call and ask about my food and I'm told I'm out of the delivery area?!?!?!? This is such a lie!!! DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION ON E SUNSHINE AND I WILL NO LONGER BE USING THEM AT ALL FOR ANY OCCASION, WHICH SUCKS AS I WAS GOING TO HAVE A LARGE EVENT CATERED NEXT MONTH. LOL NOT BY THEM NOW

Just left the store after my dining companion and I ordered and ate a number 4 and a number 9. The food selection and taste are as generic and bland as the atmosphere.The staff is adequate to do their job but not terribly engaging or outgoing. The music was not what i would choose to play in a restaurant. With that said; if you enjoy 90’s grunge rock plus the most vanilla cookie cutter sandwich well then this is your mecca.Update: I did provide the information via the link the company provided 7 hrs ago ( as of this update). I don’t know what can be done as the menu and food products are sourced by corporate and corporate business partners. I expect little change as franchisee’s are held to the standards and product sourcing as outlined in their agreements with the franchise holder. Unless Jimmy John’s Corporate reviews this and they make changes this will not change. And staffing is what it is post pandemic. But to all who might venture to this location within a mile going East there are other sandwich shop options.

The last 3 times I've ordered here...and I order st least 2-4 times a week my orders have been wrong EVERY TIME, whether it be one of the sandwiches or all of them...I will NOT be coming back very disappointed...I even verified my order was only ham,cheese,and mayo when they handed me my sandwich today and they said yup..well I got home and had probably 5-6 tomatoes on it which my husband CANT eat at all

I’ve given this location countless chances. If they weren’t so close to my home and the highway I would have given up a long time ago. Since the pandemic this locations employees have gone down the tank. Jimmy John’s is know for being “freaky fast” however this location is the slowest one in town. (I’ve even received a free cookie before, after an employee recognized his coworkers were taking forever.) My last complaint goes out to the rather large man who started probably six months ago… this man literally gave me the most dumbfounded look when I requested my sandwich to have cucumbers and to be sliced in half. He held up the cucumber and told me it was already cut, I thought he was joking and so I laughed… then I explained I simply wanted my sandwich cut in half and he still didn’t cut it… I give up.
