Their rewards system wasn't working which was unfortunate, but still got a tasty sandwich and dill pickle.

I love how cold and crispy the lettuce is on the unwich (no bread).

I had never been to a Jimmy John’s before, however my blood sugar was tanking and I didn’t have any candy in the car. The sweet guy behind the counter took care of me even though they weren’t quite open yet. I have to say the sandwich was excellent as well. Since I frequent the gym across the street this will be my go to stop for lunch after my workout.

I used to order a lot, but just noticed JJ’s jacked up the delivery fees! Way to ruin a good thing! The thing that made your company stand out….

I set the time for my sandwich to be ready thru the app at 3:00, and got an alert that it was ready at 2:00. So it just sat there until I could come get it, and by the time I got it, it was soggy and gross. Super disappointing. I don’t understand the point of the order ahead system on the app if they’re just gonna make it immediately and let it sit there.

Attempted to get sandwiches from this location and they were out of bread with a full hour left until close.

Great lettuce wrapped subs. Good place for celiacs. If you tell them you have an allergy they will put on new gloves and do the best they can to help avoid cross.

The staff keeps forgetting to put pickles in my box lunches. If I catch it before I leave I have to ask them and they seemed quite fussy about it.

Bought a caprice salad unwich. The wife is a vegetarian and asked for no meat. There was next to nothing in it. (Picture attached.) They charged us $10!When I called the manager to ask about maybe getting a coupon for the next time to make up for it she blamed us for not asking for extra veggies. She also interrupted me constantly and said it wasn’t her fault. And she eventually hung up on me.Customer service is truly dead here.As a side note: we went there once and had two sandwiches, two chips and a drink and spent $27.I’m extremely disappointed with JJ’s as a whole recently.I wouldn’t have written this review if the manager hadn’t taken the hard line of blaming the customer. Will never go back to this one. And may never go back to JJ’s ever.

I had a rather negative experience upon my last visit and I won't likely be back for a while.I walked in during the busy lunch rush with $115 in cash on me. I ordered an Italian Night Club combo, add Jimmy Peppers and avocado spread. The cashier rang me up and stated my total was $15.45. I proceeded to hand him a $100 bill. He wouldn't take it, saying that there was 4" square piece of paper on the front door declaring that they wouldn't accept any bills larger than $20. So I told the gentleman that I only had $15 in small bills. By this time there was a line behind me and my sandwich was already made. He tried to add rewards to my order for a discount, to no avail. So I said, "I guess take the avocado spread off." The cashier then picked up the sandwich and handed it back to the kitchen staff saying, "make this without avocado spread so he can afford his lunch." I felt like that was pretty rude and embarrassing. The kitchen staff then remade my sandwich and he charged me $14.10. I had to wait for my sandwich and I assume they threw the other one away? The whole situation just seemed ridiculous to me. . . . Over 45 cents? The sandwich was good, but my lunch experience was kind of ruined. I'm not one to be easily offended, but this all seemed soo wasteful and dumb to me. It definitely could have been handled better. $14 for a cold sandwich and chips isn't worth this situation being added on top of it. I was very put off and will not likely return to this location.
