Tried the new gyros. The greek style was decent, I would recommend ordering extra sauce and extra meat. The chicken gyro was not very good at all with very little flavor, do not waste your money on the chicken gyro.

I placed an order totaling $49, but due to time constraints, I couldn’t wait. I was told I could come back later and receive store credit. About five hours later, the store contacted me and said the credit would be attached to my phone number.
Trusting that, I returned a few days later to order sandwiches, only to be told they couldn’t find my credit. We were asked to come back again, waited multiple times, and ended up making two separate trips — all over a $49 sandwich order. In the end, they still couldn’t locate the credit or resolve the issue.
This is completely unacceptable and shows very poor management. I’ve always liked Jimmy John’s, but after this experience, I don’t plan on coming back if this is how customers are handled Due to the store’s unprofessional and careless handling of this issue, I had to make two unnecessary extra trips and still left without receiving my promised credit. Being told to “wait until tomorrow” after all of this is simply unacceptable

Love the spicy Italian sub. I was NOT prompted for a tip. This is refreshing! I tip 20% for sit down table service. I, (and many Americans) are so tired to being prompted for tips at walk up food counters.

I came in with dreams. Dreams of biting into my favorite Spicy Italian, toasty, melty, with all the zing and zip I love. But instead… I got a cold sandwich and a cold shoulder so aggressive it nearly filed for assault.
Here’s how it went down:
I order my go-to, the Spicy Italian. Then, literally seconds later - I say, “Hey, can you toast that for me?”
And the guy behind the counter, without blinking, hits me with: “Too late. You didn’t name it when you ordered. Sorry, bro.”
Sorry, bro?! Sir, you’re not in a Marvel movie. You’re slapping meat on bread behind the counter, and I’m trying to salvage my sandwich dreams here. But I couldn’t even respond. Because the tone? Was less “customer service” and more “say one more word and I’ll fold you like a tortilla.”
So now I’m just standing there, stunned, holding a receipt I never got (because apparently the receipt printer was on strike too), waiting awkwardly while my mood deflates like a day-old pickle.
When my sandwich finally arrived, I didn’t even want to eat it. The vibes were off. The bread was cold. Even the spicy peppers tasted like regret.

JJ is is my favorite fast food spot. Quick, delicious, reliable. But when you serve up attitude instead of extra sauce, the whole meal falls flat. Look, I get it - maybe it was a rough day, maybe there’s a “toasting policy” written in the ancient scrolls of sandwich law…
But seriously . Just toast the golden sandwich. Or at least don’t make me feel like I’m on the verge of being tackled for asking.
