Food was even better than anticipated. The ‘O My God’ roll was spectacular. A must! Service was immaculate. Atmosphere was fun and inviting, just a little noisy. We left happy.

Food and service were great! Our server, Maria was kind and knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations were excellent. We had gyoza, the OMG roll, Sex in the City Roll, Shrimp pops, and Cheeky Ramen with medium spice. All dishes were wonderful. Was pretty loud, and thus the 4 star atmosphere score, but the place was 4.9 overall for us. Came here on a whim after having never even known of it's existence. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I went yesterday and both ordered the ramen—it was absolutely amazing! The flavors were rich and comforting, and easily some of the best ramen we’ve had. The atmosphere was very nice and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the shrimp pops were incredible as well. We’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been to Karai about 3 times and the food has always been delicious. I tried a tuna rice bowl this time around and the warm rice with nice cool tuna sashimi was perfect. The soft boiled egg that came with it was a bit too cold for my liking but was still very good. I got an old favorite the Jurassic Park roll and it did not disappoint. My partner has never been and he got Chashu Buns, and Koroke. He was very pleased with both. I tasted the Koroke and it was very crispy, and warm. The sauce with it seemed like a type of balsamic sauce, it had a very distinct taste but went great with the Koroke and lemon. The service was a little slower this time but they were busy-ish and still very polite.

I love sushi. I went there for the first time today and they sat me at the bar. Then I sat there for 17 minutes without a single person, saying anything to me, giving me a water, taking an order, or even acknowledging that I was there.. This is not something where I sat myself there, and that they weren’t aware of my presence, it was simply that they were understaffed and taken care of everyone else. I don’t blame the servers, I blame the management! Very poor experience
