BEST ramen in town, hands down. No contest. Their appetizers and cocktails are amazing too! I love the grapefruit cosmo in particular.

I hate the fact I have to rate this place low but I do. In spite of the fact that the food is wonderful and the ramen has been a staple for us since we moved here from Denver, every single time we have ordered takeout or visited in the last six months something was straight up wong. I asked for hot tea at lunch which the server never brought. We then tried had to have the server remove it from the bill as we were charged. We order our ramen takeout with extra broth and extra toppings. I have a nightshade sensitivity so we do not get spice. Last month the spice mix was on top of my ramen. Two weeks before we were missing the extra egg. Was on the bill and not in the bowl.

Tonight we ordered - very clearly - karaage. "Karaage appetizer, the chicken" my husband said. How you end up putting karari signature roll on the ticket instead is beyond me. We would never have ordered it as it contains peppers. And it is a weeknight. The last 2 errors in takeout we chalked up to the weekend but when you mess up on a late lunch with a half full restaurant and a weeknight takeout we are done.

Don't misunderstand here - this is good ramen with wonderful broth. Everything we have eaten there is solid. But in the last six months they have lost two loyal customers because of lazy, sloppy service. Be advised that if you come here you should have the server repeat back your order - in person or takeout - and then check the takeout bag and the receipt to be sure you have what you want and not what they decide to give you instead. I can only hope this feedback does something to stop these errors for other customers. I won't be back and will make my ramen at home instead.
