The food here is amazing and it’s a very clean establishment the management and the servers and entire staff gets stuff done quick with a smile on there face. All of the front of house employees always make sure too get things done properly with good customer service. It’s a great place too work and eat at!🥰

Evleah answered all of our questions and took really good care of us this time! The food was quick to get out. The bathrooms were clean. We ordered several rolls, sashimi, and ramen. Delicious!

I took my kids to this place because I was craving ramen. We were warmly welcomed and given suggestions. This place was amazing! Even though I live more than an hour from it, I'm counting down the days when I'm enjoying their ramen again. My children all downed their portions and then had seconds. Not only was each meal huge, it was a great price. Each bowl could easily feed two people. Thank you!!

TMI alert. We didnt make it 20 mins down the road and I was force into the bathroom. We had the tapinyaki, white house roll ,cheeky ramen and the porkcutlet with mozzarella. Lots of left overs. Something tasted off but we are not from this area so we figured it was ok. I was so excited kinda sad now. Great customer service by our waitress. MARIA!!!

It's always so loud and I don't care for all the high top seats, so I took my ramen to go. I was very pleased at how well they packed it, with the broth separately and wrapped in plastic so there were no spills. It was also still piping hot when I put it together and as yummy as eating it there

We celebrated good scan results and my remaining in remission at Karai today. Husband and I both had the chicken lunch box and we ordered a Sex in the City roll and an appetizer plus we both ordered Coke. The entire meal was around $50 which was an excellent price for everything we had. The service was good and the staff was friendly. While we were waiting for our food (which did not take long at all) I looked around at the restaurant. It was clean and the decor was interesting and created a perfect vibe. The tempura vegetables were among some of the best I have ever eaten.

We eat here all the time, and love our server Maria! Tonight, I ordered my roll and completely forgot to request it be gluten free since I just developed the allergy. I finally realized, but they had already made the roll. Maria talked to the manager and they quickly replaced my roll. They both were so kind and understanding and I just really appreciated it!! We love Karai!

BEST ramen in town, hands down. No contest. Their appetizers and cocktails are amazing too! I love the grapefruit cosmo in particular.

Fav spot in Springfield hands down! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 John's hangover ramen my go to! Also all the sushi options are 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. P.s Noah is the man! Customer service 10/10!
