Stopped by to get the 4 peace $10 special.. they only offer this 1 day a week. Will shop at other KF c's? I gave them a 5 star on food and atmosphere KFC Chicken can't be bad and they had a very nice looking store.

Order online, said it was delivered went to go look and nothing. I called customer service and they told me they couldn’t do anything but I ordered it through the KFC website and they told me DoorDash had to be the one and so I called them and they told me it was the other way around. I will never order off KFC ever again or DoorDash. This happens way too much.

Lost my business today because I said I needed more time in the Drive-Thru mind you there was no one else there but me and they were real hateful and lecturing me about how drive-thrus are supposed to be fast, absolute horrible customer service and just a very hateful attitude from the people over the speaker

I asked for 5 pc tender with mashed potatoes and fries. i got 5 pc tender with biscuit and mashed potatoes. i asked with my meal for a large dr pepper and a medium one with the cream to try it. he ask for sauce i asked what he recommends he recommended the BBQ with buffalo ranch. i only received the buffalo ranch. This was at 7pm and they weren't even busy.

I haven't been there in 20 years. I had such a craving for some juicy, crispy chicken. At 6:30 at night. You would think fresh chicken. My 2 sides were the best. My chicken was dry, chewy like it sat there for hours. All they did was re dip it in the oil. Biscuit? It was mashed up. Now I have to figure out how to make my 2nd piece. I won't go back. They need to shut down. Krispy Crunchy Chicken is pretty awesome. From now on.

Bro, I ordered fries and chicken tenders and then My Cousin ordered 2 spicy Chicken sandwich I got some cinnamon bread stuff or whatever no fries barely any chicken And I’m not even a Karen But My Cousin also only got one spicy chicken sandwich

The service was horrible. Most employees had attitude from the moment we walked in store. The food wasnt the best. They forgot to bring us the biscuits se waited on. They refused to make any aple bites. I also had to take food home to other family members. Because of the way they bagged the food biscuits were smashed. The famous bowls didn't even have vorn in them. When i went back to get stuff corrected i got more attitude. I eont go back to this kfc again. I will go to another one.

So people if you're trying to get the free bucket of chicken on them you not going to get it because I look I have the app I just talked to a virtual agent and as a robot she said they do not have in our area.. that's messed up when you offer a bucket of chicken for free and it's not in our area so what are you trying to say sorry Popeyes
