Wow pretty poor reviews I see now why your employees tried to steal a large $$$ bill from my cousin not too long ago and not give her any food for it. They just tried to keep the bill and avoided her thinking she'd just go away. The manager dillon condoned the theft of the large bill and said it was my cousin's fault I believe it was a $50 or a $100 bill for a $13 bucket of chicken they didn't even give the chicken for. My cousin had to call the cops to get the employees to give her money back and Dillon the manager that said it was all my cousin's fault and tried to say it was ok for them to steal the money because the employees had learning disabilities. Well I have learning disabilities and I do not steal people's money my cousin wasn't even given an apology and was treated very poorly by Dillon and it was all on camera she reported it to corporate and they did nothing

Ordered online and received about half of our order. Got home and realized it. Didn’t feel like going back out. This is the second straight time this has happened with this KFC. Food was good, just wish we didn’t get shorted by 6 nuggets, 6 strips, the fries, and all the sauces. Check your bag before you leave

Went to KFC n the guy rushed me to order I asked him to hold on a sec please n no more then 5 secs he said order now I am disappointment in this restaurant I will just strictly stay going across town and I was shorted food to on my meal I got n I got the big family bucket because I have kids that can eat I'm very disappointed and when I asked for sauce he threw practically threw them at me some fell in all over my car bcuz he was rushing y'all need to hire better people

I bought crispy chicken 16 piece it’s all soggy and not crispy at all. Fries I’m in the food business are nasty and fried in really old oil. Nothing fresh about this place. The biggest waste of my money I’ve spent. Guess KFC is no longer worry the money. I can fry chicken at home for 1/10th the price and have way better chicken. Only good thing was the mashed potatoes which is sad for a chicken place.

There is no unsweetened tea in the lobby. Oil needed changed badly you could taste the old oil in the food.

27 minute wait on a lunch order inside, which seemed normal for everyone else in the restaurant. No tartar sauce for fish, and they'd clearly been out for a long time because they had a printed sign taped to the counter about it that wasn't new. Somehow, even after that wait, the food wasn't fresh. Charged for water as well. Hadn't been to a KFC or Long John Silver in years and now I remember why.

Honestly this was beyond disappointing. The chicken was so greasy that the soggy skin slid off in a slimy pile off of the meat when I tried to pick it up. The nuggets were Luke warm at best and tasted rubbery. Staff was friendly enough but not enough of a reason to make me want to return.

The food at KFC as a whole is not as good as it used to be. Every location I’ve been too has issues, let’s address this one. Chicken is extra greasy, used to never be this greasy. Chicken nuggets at this location were rubbery. Biscuits at all locations over the past few years have tasted salty and chemically not the soft wonderful biscuits of the past. I used to buy an extra half dozen because I loved them so much, now we rarely eat the few that come with the meal. The mashed potatoes are not the same, they are always soupy at this location, salty at the battlefield location. Gravy is not great either. Hmmmm I think I just talked myself into not eating at KFC again.

I don’t know if I went on a bad night or if the service and the food is always this bad. I came to the drive-through a little after five and ordered five chicken sandwiches. They were cold. I turned around to go inside and a little after 5 PM for some reason you couldn’t get in Any of the doors there wasn’t a sign that said why but none of them opened. I went back the drive-through and asked for the manager to politely Requested these be remade I got a young girl on the other end and I don’t know if she’s manager or if she just decided to put herself in that place but coming from somebody who is a manager I think she handled it very Poorly there was no apology. There was no customer consideration whatsoever in her tone or in her presence. I could tell she wasn’t a real manager or just very poorly trained. Either way I asked her to remake them. I came up to the front to give her the one minute she tells me she can’t take it She needs it back, so there was another question on whether or not she was actually a manager, and it was pretty shady to say you can’t take it and then take it because I don’t want you remaking the same old food that has been sitting, but regardless, I gave her the bag because I didn’t need extra sandwiches that wasn’t my intention. I pulled around and immediately she brought me out the bag again again because I just ordered them and not even 15 seconds later you’re walking out the door with them and again she just hand me the bag and says here you go and walk away no apology again no gratitude for you know letting them know about the mistake with some positive feedback like nothing. It was almost like it was an inconvenience for me to have them fix the mistake, which again makes me think. I didn’t actually get a manager or a very poorly trained one and if my fiancé didn’t have to be at work. I probably would’ve spoke to her, but I didn’t have time but I’m hoping maybe it was just a bad night or she was having a bad day but either way it Was a pretty unpleasant situation and I probably won’t go back. I definitely will not recommend it.

Order a 12 pc bucket, should have 3 of each: breast, wings, legs, and thighs. Arrived home and was short a breast and a wing. The chicken was also undercooked, bloody in the center. Had to microwave it to finish cooking as I had a hungry family to feed. This is unacceptable. Also tried calling the restaurant and no one ;picked up the phone. There is no quality control at this restaurant.
