This location really sucks. I haven't had negative experiences with any others but this one. I ordered a famous bowl no cheese and a drink through the drive thru. I'm told to pull around and wait without being given my drink. Takes 12 minutes to get me and when they bring it there is no drink. I go to ask an employee for my drink and the lights are off, doors are locked, and they're watching me through the window. I was nothing but polite. Even complimented the incompetent person at the drive thru. Last time I'll visit this location, they made sure to smother my famous bowl in cheese as well.

I wish I could give it negative stars. I ordered through door dash and picked it up myself. When I arrived, they were out of original recipe chicken, biscuits and corn. I let them know that I had already paid for my order. I had to wait in the line for 20 minutes. When I got to the window they handed me my food. I was confused cause they said they were out. Turns out, the face me some really old extra crispy chicken. It was old, soggy, greasy and dry. I even had a classic chicken wrap. That was even wrong. It was a wrap with macaroni and cheese and a chicken tender. I was livid. Only thing was right was my drink. They were turning off lights and she was really short with me. Offered me some old chicken nuggets and I said I want my refund. She told me she couldn't give me a refund and that I had to go through the app. She even suggested I go to the other E. Sunshine restaurant for them to figure it out. I've been trying to call all day but no one answers the phone. All I want is my food remade cause I was hungry. Fresh original recipe chicken. Smh I need answers.

I spent over twenty bucks for my toddler and I. Got home and had no straws, no dipping sauces or ketchup that I asked for twice. The woman working the window was trying to just hurry with no customer service. It's not what you say but HOW you say it. This place customer service is awful and has done nothing but ho down hill. You want paid but we get nothing we ask for multiple times. Never again

Food was KFC always good. I wanted the hot wings so I asked for hot wings without the fries or biscuit and a drink. She told me that it would be more than the meal (12.99), $16 ! And would take at least 15 minutes. So I ordered chicken straps. While waiting for the food I saw a sticker on the counter advertising 8 hot wings for $4.99! The straps were good, but bone in hotwings is my fav.

Only giving a one star because you can't give zero. We made our choice by your online menu went to get it, the guy said it's a typo. It's on your menu! So he sold my husband items separately. Over $8 for 4 tenders $3.29 for dipping sauce. The family meal box of chicken with sides $29.99. Total over $45.00. Guy wasn't even going to give receipt. I screenshot the online menu with the price and what you get. Will be reaching out to corporate!
