Nice spot with super kind and helpful batista. They talked me thru the drinks and offered to recover the drink if I didn't love it. I didn't love the Turkish Rose immediately but by the end the cardamom and rose had me sipping the bottom of the cup. Don't forget a good morning muffin! Yum yum yum.

I wanted to share an experience that really disappointed me. I used to visit this place regularly, almost twice a week. One day, when a lady was working here, I placed my order and she told me there were a few orders before mine and that it would take about 10–15 minutes. Even though I was in a rush, I waited patiently for over 20 minutes, sitting right in front of her.
During that time, she took orders from other customers and told each of them the exact same thing—that there were a few orders before theirs—but she immediately prepared and handed them their orders. I was still waiting, even though I had ordered earlier and was sitting there the whole time.
What made it more uncomfortable was that all the customers who received their orders were Americans, and I’m Indian. My order was the only one ignored. Because of this experience, I stopped going there altogether. I hope this feedback helps improve fairness and customer service in the future.
I ordered “ Mocha frappe “

I’m a regular at kingdom and love it, but this morning when I was there picking up coffee alone, a man who seemed to be experiencing homelessness started talking to me and then getting up in my face and getting angry about apparently being disrespected by the worker and how no one in there is safe or protected anymore. He was just very threatening. This went on for a few minutes and I froze and the one male working (he’s a newer employee) kept glancing over and didn’t make any attempt to diffuse the situation. After the man left, I was offered a free coffee but I had already paid and was about to cry so I just left. Didn’t want to leave a bad review because most of the workers are great and the coffee was good, more so wanted to make them aware of the situation.
Kingdom coffee
house is by far my favorite coffee shop in Springfield! I love the lite tan comfy chairs, the delicious coffee, and the vibe I get as I walk in the door! The service is always given with a smile! They are quick with my order, happy to serve me, and the energy of the staff is spectacular!
Thanks for the amazing coffee kingdom coffee!

Kingdom Coffee, nestled in downtown Springfield, MO, offers a modern, eclectic industrial vibe with its cool exposed brick walls. While initially disappointed by the lack of a dark roast, the house blend provided a wonderful surprise: a complex brew layered with dark chocolate and a tart raspberry finish. The kind and helpful barista expertly guided my choice. Parking can be a challenge, but the unique experience is worth it. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a discount code via email the following day after registering upon payment. Since they roast their own beans, this is definitely a must-try coffee destination!

A Local Gem Worth Visiting!Kingdom Coffee is a breath of fresh air in a world of generic corporate coffee chains. This cozy, family-friendly spot roasts their own beans in-house, and you can taste the care in every sip. The atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxed, making it the perfect place to study, catch up with friends, or even hold a casual business meeting. The staff are warm and welcoming, creating an upbeat vibe that keeps you coming back. Whether you simply want coffee or are just looking for a great place to hang out, Kingdom Coffee delivers an experience that feels personal and authentic. Highly recommend!

I get my burrito and latte everyday here. The employees are warm and wonderful. The hot Carmel latte truly is the best in Springfield for my taste buds. And their burritos are not to be underestimated! I love the potato egg and goat cheese one. Just today a co-worker had me get them a sausage one, and text me that “this is delicious, tell me every single time you go.” They are fast and ready, but healthy. Not fast food. Any time there is any issue, they make it right. Both do their scones are fire! Definitely the best coffee shop in town!

Super cool place, great coffee, wonderful staff & the chorizo burrito was excellent!
Plus there’s a massive coffee grinder.
Delicious coffee, kind people. Trail behind it along the creek for strolling
Definitely the best coffee I have ever had you can taste the freshness they roast their own coffee beans in house and the flavor is absolutely phenomenal
Love the coffee here! The hot cocoa is also great! It's nice to have non caffeinated options, and Kingdom actually has quite a few.
I am impressed with the laid back atmosphere. There are some very comfy oversized chairs in a cozy sitting area that just felt so inviting and nice. I was a little disappointed that they didn't offer pour over coffee but I can understand that that is a very specialty thing. Other than that, I had a nice tasting drip brew coffee to enjoy while enjoying the atmosphere.
