I've never seen a restaurant with more inspection violations than King's Asian Chef . I used to work here and my son loves their food. But the way they treat their employees, especially the way his wife treats people is awful. He opened a second location when he can't even afford to pay the bills at the main location, I've heard the utilities there have been shut off several times due to no payment. They do some of the nastiest things in that kitchen. Their vegetables always smell sour, get the beef and broccoli if you dare. I don't see how they are still open to be honest. The health department has given them way too many chances for how often they have violations. A garden hose in the sink to do dishes with? really??

very disappointed we usually have better service but tonight was extremely poor. my wife ordered dinner for our family we understand there is a bit of a wait due to the size of our order apx 5:30 it was confirmed with expected pickup time of 5:53 my wife arrived about 5:45 for pickup only to be waiting another 30 minutes to actually receive our food. when making a complaint about the wait time i was not greeted with an ear of understanding and acknowledgment but I was met with an argumentative employee and what I assume to be is a manager as well. very disappointed in the poor service received when dropping $60 for food.

I’ve been to King’s Asian Chef a few times now. One of the best Asian restaurants I’ve been to in town. The food has always been great and consistent. While, I’ve like everything I’ve had the Mango Chicken is a must try for sure. The owner is also personable and you can tell he really cares about his food and customers. I’ll definitely be back.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in even though the person speaking couldn't see me few a couple seconds. Very friendly people. I was offered a smaller portion at a cheaper price after asking to order off the kids menu. I appreciated that. The dinning room was empty but clean. Staff was just as friendly with those coming thru the drive thru as well.

King’s Asian Chef is the best chinese food in Springfield! Their crab ragoons are our favorite. They have a great selection of entrees and appetizers. The service is always amazing, Perry is so friendly!

The lady behind the counter was super nice but very stressed. She was processing and packaging all drive through orders, taking orders at the counter, and running food to the dining room. Back of the house didn't seem to be on the same page. King might want to consider either hiring more staff or shifting to drive through only. I waited nearly 30 min for food and there was only one other table in the dinning area at 12:30.

Zero stars. DO NOT ORDER HERE. They will get your order wrong because their menu is wrong. And unfortunately they will do nothing to make it right. Save yourself a headache and get it somewhere else.

I wanted Panda Express but the line was around the corner so I ended up at this place. I just ordered teriyaki chicken with white rice. This was $19!!! It's mediocre food. The all you can eat Chinese buffet down the street is only $17!!

I ordered a Cashew Chicken entree only advertised for $6.99 and didn't realize the total was 9.49 until I got reciept. I asked why I paid so much more and was told the prices had increased and some other 10% fee plus you have to pay an .85 cent upcharge for all white meat since hats all they serve. They tell you none of this before ordering. The dining room was empty at 745 pm dinner hour. Should have tipped me off. Food was average but rice was a bland steamed version or something. I will point out this is false advertising at its best. I will notify the attorney general because we work to hard to be lied to and swindled out of our hard earned money. I do NOT recommend this place at all.
