There are several things to say about this place, regarding the food, it was delicious and definitely tastes like Colombian food, I definitely loved it! Regarding the place, I understand that it is a food truck and that possibly the majority of orders are for take-out, however, as a suggestion I could let them at least set up a waiting area for the order because the time I went the sun was too high. strong and I was waiting for the food out there. Also regarding the hours they should extend them a little more, there were many days when I wanted to order Colombian food at night and I never could because they don't open at night. It is a delicious place with a lot of potential, I hope you take the suggestions into account

I totally recommend them. The food is very good and the attention is excellent. Our New Year's Eve dinner was from La Chiva Colombiana.
We ate two paisa trays with my dad but we got sick, everything was from previous days, there is a danger that they can kill a person by selling that food very poorly. Besides, the place smelled like a street, it smelled very bad, I don't recommend it. They are very attentive and a little expensive bad bad
