There are several things to say about this place, regarding the food, it was delicious and definitely tastes like Colombian food, I definitely loved it! My granddaughter had an Encanto themed birthday and we decided to enjoy authentic Colombian food for the birthday meal. We tried several different items from the menu and each was more delicious than the next. I highly recommend La Chiva Colombiana.
This food truck's located where the old vegan food truck was and they have lots of vegan options. They have really good music playing and it's a cool food truck cuz it's made from a school bus. They're guacamole is the best I've ever had.
