We waited half hour for our food. Our server was horrible and ignored us the whole time. The worst is that we ordered level 4 (highest is level 5) spicy Hunan Beef and Kong Pao Chicken. They were inedible.
I am Chinese and can handle really really spicy Chinese food and those were not it. I know those dishes are supposed to taste like. They had no flavor but mouth numbing, stomach hurting spicy.
The purpose of spice should be bringing out better flavors of the food. Clearly they know nothing about food. When we politely asked for refund, we were told those dishes were what we asked for. We were given some discount but I’d rather my taste buds weren’t burned that day.
Can’t be more disappointed.

We went for lunch 😋 and requested the sweet and sour Shrimp but with a twist . Had them make it with their delicious cashew sauce . It was excellent, will come back again

When we lived in Springfield for 20 years 30 years ago we found Cashew Chicken, we ate there almost every Sunday! We loved everything. The food was wonderful and the staff was great, my little girls loved them. Even when they were grown it was still their favorite place to eat.

The Original Springfield Cashew chicken is still delicious and going strong. We all got cashew Chicken and it was fresh and tasty. The facility has seen better days, and if you are looking for authentic Chinese look elsewhere, but if you are looking for classic cashew chicken get some!
Dietary restrictions: My wife has alpha Gal and they accommodated her needs with no hassle. Good job!

We had a retirement party on a Saturday night and we had a party of 18 the waitress did a good job of taking our orders and keeping up drinks the food is good and the chicken and beef was tender and tasty I would recommend it to anyone 😋
