This place has a great atmosphere but everything else lacked…. we had 2 hairs in our burger and our server left us with empty beers all night… good thing we had water… we were still charged for our burger which i personally think isn’t right. We won’t be back.

Update.... Eric, the owner was extremely helpful and made it right. I truly believe it was just a mistake and we will for sure be returning.

We stayed on Commercial st on Saturday 1-25-25. We had dinner with friends around 5:30 our bill was $100 and some change. We paid with our debit card and left a $20 cash tip. The next morning before leaving our hotel room I threw the receipts away, not thinking that I would need to keep them. But today I checked my bank app and they charged us $115. I am not a fan of servers writing in their own tip and if I still had the receipt I would be making another visit to Lindbergh's. I am angry as hell but I know without the receipt I have no proof. The food was great but I advise keeping your receipts for a few days.

Service was friendly. Atmosphere was good except for the slanted stool. Fried mushrooms were not crispy. Poutine was ok, not enough cashew flavor. Burgers looked good a they passed by to other tables.

Went in with a group for lunch a few months back and were treated terribly by both the waitress and the kitchen staff. No one was friendly, the waitress literally threw the menus and slammed the drinks down on the table and the cook mean mugged us and didn't say a single work as several people in my group greeted him. We are all law enforcement officers and presumed the reason for the treatment was our uniforms. We have dined here many times and this was the first negative encounter we had. It was so unusual and unwelcoming, we became concerned about having our food prepared there so we left. I reached out via Messenger to Lindberg's immediately after and have never received any response or acknowledgement.

Sadly, I cannot rate the food here, because we never received it. We arrived at 6 pm and there were only a few other customers there. A waitress/bartender took our drink order and food order. We both ordered the Lindburger and she said "that's easy, I'll get it put in for you". She came back shortly with the beer that my wife had ordered. About 40 minutes later, we started noticing other people (who had arrived after us) were getting food. We waited 10 more minutes, then they started bringing burgers out to people that were 20 minutes, at least, behind us. We stood up, put on our coats, and the guy that had been working the door came over to us. I told him that we never got our food and we'd like to pay for the beer and leave. He said he would take care of the beer. We walked outside. My wife went back in and asked how long it would be on the food and was told that the order was never put in.

I understand mistakes happen, but we sat there for almost an hour and were never offered a refill or another drink. So, it's more than one mistake, it was just being completely ignored.

Had they said "I'm sorry, can we get the food ready for you now? Or even to go?" I wouldn't be posting this. I would have still paid, but probably not tipped. Even a discount for another chance later, or some effort of showing that you care.

If I could give zero stars I would. 50 minutes no service after ordering. Myself and two other customers walked out after paying for food I never got. The bartender made excuses about the size of the kitchen but for at least 15 minute prior no one in the restaurant got any food. I get taking your 15 min break but don’t do it during the rush. And if it’s a possibility you can’t get food made in an hour. Let the customer know. You wasted my and other folks lunches. I won’t be back.

Such a great spot to grab drinks and great food! Service is always stellar, the atmosphere is extremely comfortable, and the bartenders definitely know how to make a good drink.

We have found a new favorite haunt at Lindbergs Tavern on C Street. Firstly, David and Ace were absolutely the kindest, most beautiful example of people we've met in a very long time. Their customer service and attention to detail was absolutely stellar! Roomie had a triple patty smash burger and she definitely smashed it, it was HUGE!. My mouth was watering so much over my Queen City Dip I almost had to wear a bathing suit.😉 Absolutely the most delicious and tender prime rib sandwich in the universe. We dined outside under a divine evening sky with all staff & patrons being so friendly & chill. One young man even had a Corgi named Cheddar Biscuit that was everybody's buddy. Very nice selection of beers & cocktails to choose from. I believe the menu read Lindbergs was in a 130 year old setting to add to the laid back environment. It is my sincere wish that Lindbergs is around for another 130 years so they can continue spoiling their customers and making new friends. Thank you Ace, David & Lindbergs for making our evening so very special. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Stopped in for lunch on a Sunday and ended up with a delicious brunch: chicken and waffles, poutine, and the breakfast quesadilla. Service was also welcoming, friendly, and quick. Can’t wait to go back!

I'm going to give my honest review. The Bartender / manager was a really cool guy. The establishment itself has a really cool atmosphere, the textured ceilings are a nice touch and I like the location.

The food: I ordered a patty melt which is a double smashburger on rye bread I believe with thousand Island dressing grilled onions and grilled mushrooms? It came with thousand island dressing on it but I won't fault them for that because I forgot to ask to have it removed. The sandwich was very delicious, and what made it better was their house made ranch dressing.
I chose to get poutine as a side because I have heard of it but I've never tried it. I have to say it was very underwhelming. If it had been hot and fresh it probably would have been much better, but unfortunately it was cold and the french fries were soggy. I don't know if that's the way it's supposed to be made but I would have preferred hot, fresh and crunchy french fries.

All in all the experience was good, the place was fun, the staff was friendly and the food was pricey but okay.
