I like to go pretty early in the day, and it's perfect! They have roasted chicken wings, which are way better than fried, believe me. Very tender, and the spicy buffalo was pretty tasty; like hot sauce with added cumin. The Crazy Bread combo was perfectly soft as the bread sticks are akin to what you get at a NYC style pizzeria, fluffy and garlicky.

Hands down worst treatment I've ever experienced by the hippie dude with a beard at the front counter. I don't write bad reviews generally but I will not be going back. Zero Stars.
Arrived @ 10:55am. Store opens at 11am. Store didn't have hot n ready stocked. We had to settle for what they had or wait and be late. Also no cheese packets.

I asked for a fresh hot pizza and I waited quite a while and people after me got their pizza. I know I will not be going back to this location in Springfield.

Good nice friendly workers
Not usually the type to leave negative reviews, but had a really bad experience. The guy on the phone was super rude and short, didn't give us a cost or ask for a name for the order just abruptly hung up. When we picked up our food and went home just to figure out they got our order wrong, and we weren't given a receipt.
We usually like little Caesar’s, but tonight yuck! We got home and opened our pizza only to discover they clearly gave us an old pizza. It had to have been sitting thing for hours. It was lukewarm and hard as a rock. Even my Labrador had trouble eating the crust!! Disgusting.

Pizza Place Review
I recently tried [Pizza Place Name] and had mixed feelings about their pizza. The crust was perfectly cooked, with a nice crisp on the outside and a chewy interior. The cheese was also on point, melted to perfection and oozing with gooeyness. However, I found the sauce to be a bit overpowering. It was a little too tangy and acidic for my taste, and it completely dominated the other flavors.
If they could dial back the sauce just a bit, I think their pizza would be absolutely fantastic. Despite the excess sauce, it was still a delicious experience overall. I would definitely consider trying them again in the future.

It's Little Cesar's. You can expect lower quality food at the expense of convince. However, the "Hot and Ready" pizza being served should never be old, luke-warm, and utterly disgusting. The employees never check the pizza to make sure what they give you is fresh, so you will have to do this yourself or gamble on fresh food. It seems like most of the employees are unhappy working there. I don't blame them, Little Cesar's probably pays a low wage with no benefits. Save your money for Domino's or Papa John's is just down the street. At least the pizza is always fresh.
