How can you ruin a pizza. You guys don't care about your customers much less having a job. I should have checked the box before I left. I hope you are all fired soon. But I won't be going back. I don't recommend anything from this store. Cannot give zeros. Maybe I don't need salt on my pretzel pizza but I paid for it. If I walk in and don't use the app you tell me it's no longer available. This store sucks

Have to give one star on everything because we never got a chance to eat anything. We stopped in around 3 one day and wanted to try the puffs that just came out. The young man working seemed to hate his job or hate the fact we were asking to get us some food. He said that if we wanted any cheese puffs it would take 15 minutes to make so we said ok can we have an order of cheese and an order of pepperoni? Well clearly that meant that this poor guys time was going to be used on something other than what he wanted to be doing because he sighed real big and said ok in that case it will be over 30 mins. Which the time would have been ok but this man clearly did not want the chore of this order. We told him to forget it and he seemed to perk up at that time and said “yeah you need to come when they are in the hot and ready, otherwise we have to make them “ well we figured that’s how orders go sometime but we decided to spare this rude man the effort of service. Tip: Go when it’s made in advance

Called twice, no answer either time. When I got there it took several minutes for someone to come to the counter to greet me. He was either having a terrible day or hates his life. Incredibly rude. The store was empty when I got there so I cannot think of any reason the phone wasn't answered. Whoever owns this franchise should really take the time to interview his employees before they're hired because this person had no business working any customer service job with such a nasty attitude. Food was ok.

This location CLOSES at 9 pm on Friday. And nothing is ever hot and ready.

My son is having a birthday party and I needed pizza. I tried to call the store 3 times at 8:35 to try to pre order for pickup and no one answered the phone. I then drove and arrived at 8:53 to order and the person working refused service.

Called to place an order. Was told it would be ready. Before they gave me an amount or took my payment hung up. I called back to get a total and have my payment taken, they didn't answer. Give it to someone else.

Look up the ceiling. It was filled with black dust/mold, all over the vents. That kind of stiff will get the staff sick and if it falls on your food. You are done for. Also a female worker was tripping, maybe a bad day, didn't want to be there and stressing. For what? I just hope they took care of the mold problem. Today is October 17th2023. Last time I was there was October 4th. The worker said it was going to be taken care of "the next day". Hope it's true. Forgot to leave review. If it's still dirty. Shut it down or send health inspection PLEASE!!

The web ordering stinks. I tried to order 2 pizzas. The order said it didn't process. But I guess it did. Because I ended up with 4 pizzas. I ended up giving the other 2 away.

Never have my pizza right i called 4times in an hour and nobody picked up the phone I understand if your busy but I went in to the store to order my pizza they where standing around…and the guy told me he needed exact change when I got my pizza 15min later the pizza had no crust!! And another time when I went in there they said they can’t make a fresh pizza due to them closing in 45min…not very professional in my opinion and I would rather drive out of my way to a different location.
