Little Caesars Pizza

Had to wait for place to open at 11am, I came in to order the lunch combo, employee acted not thrilled to be there, I had a coupon for free crazy bread and had to unstack the chairs in lobby so I could sit down. After 7-10 minutes, I got my order and left. Five minutes down the road to home and everything was already luke warm. Got home starving and took bite of the crazy bread that had no warmth to it and realized it is uncooked. Will have to bake and get it hot later in order to eat it. Deep dish four piece lunch pizza had very little cheese and too much sauce. Took a bite and entire top layer came off. While drink on my 20 oz duet Pepsi, I notice printed date on plastic bottle to expire is June 3, 2024 and today is October 24, 2024, 4+ months AFTER expire date!!! Not exactly thrilled with this location's staff, food or service.

If you want cheese on your pizza don't order from this location. Rude staff. I'd give less than 1 star if possible. The pizza I received had cheese on only 3 of the 8 slices of deep dish. They said it was the way it was cut was the reason but if the pizza had enough cheese on it it would not evaporate when sliced. They also said it was the appropriate amount of cheese. Wow.

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza from this location to take to work with me as I work over night figured it’d be the best thing to get to have something to snack on throughout the night. Let me tell you I’ll never go back to this location nor will I recommend it to anyone. I understand pizzas are greasy but the amount of grease on this pizza is ridiculous I’m probably going to get up throwing most of it away. I had to eat some as I hadn’t had dinner yet. But when you spend almost $16 on one pizza you want to be able to eat it and not have to throw most of it away….

Can’t imagine why they would only have three star. The idiots that work here and sooooooo rude. If I was this business manager everyone in there would be fired. No one knows how to take an order. And when you call to tell them they are incorrect. You get told “ No that’s what you ordered”. Can’t believe the customer service, may be the worst I’ve ever seen!

I went to get a pizza and cheese bread and as soon as I opened the cheese bread I found a bug cook with it a cockroach never eating here again and when I asked for a refund I just get an other cheese bread so I just decided to throw away both pizza and cheese bread never again ???

Picked up a deep dish pizza, and the toppings were barely warm. Checked the crust, and it was undercooked and doughy. Took it back, waited for them to make another one, and checked it before driving back. It was also raw dough underneath and had a hair on it. The lobby was very dirty, and the staff was unprofessional. I demanded my money back and left. I wasted an hour trying to get a decent pizza to eat and left mad and hungry.

Rarely go to little Caesars though I heard good things about their crazy puffs. Idk if it's just this location, but they did not live up to the hype. It was just bread lining and the middle sunken two thirds the way down. Very little cheese which is the best part. Sad little cups. I saw others and ya, looked nothing like it's supposed to. Rarely go turns to just never going.
