We had the hot pot and I can say the taste was great. The dipping sauces and broth were so good. So the loss of stars had nothing to do with taste. 1 star was for the uncomfortable seating. It's a wide wooden bench. Me being a shorty, it was especially digging into the back of my knees. Had to have my friend stand to move the chair back otherwise i would've brought my legs up and sit criss crossed. I don't know if you can do this with the side tables as we sat in the middle. 2nd star was that the portion sizes were quite stingy. The vegetable bowl - 2 slices of cabbage, 2 sweet potato slices, 1 carrot slice, a little bit of glass noodles, enoki mushroom, and maybe a 1/4 or 1/5 of white onion. I had green onion, but that was just a 1 inch piece. The sliced beef especially. I wouldn't be surprised if the amount did not add up to 3 ounces. I couldn't tell how many slices, but it's a very small amount. Unlike me who ordered shrimp which came up to 8 medium size pieces and beef, my friends did not order more side protein and were left with just adding soup to finish the rice off. If you just order the hotpot without any add ins, you may leave still hungry. All in all, I had the shrimp hotpot which cost 11.99 with a side of sliced beef at 3.99. About 16. I felt like I did not get my moneys worth. At Bawi korean bbq, 16.95 could get unlimited food for 2 hrs. I had to tell my mother who was excited to go to hot pot for her birthday the bad news. We ended up just deciding to do so at home. Unless they increase the portions of the hot pot, won't be back for it sadly.

I saw an article in the latest "Feast" magazine. Great service. The "Hot Pots" were great, fun and very reasonably priced. I hate that I just discovered this place because I heard they are going to close. Shame on me for not trying this place earlier. If you haven't been here before, you have missed out on a cool experience that is not available in Springfield that I know of.

First time here. Was a delicious meal, and the service was excellent. We know nothing of Korean food and the waitress was very helpful. We will be back

I really enjoyed eating here. I had eaten Chinese hot pot many times having lived in China for 4 years. This kind of hot pot is different but very tasty. The wait staff were very kind and attentive. The prices were very reasonable.

The wait staff is very polite and attentive. The food is incredible. And you get a lot of it for very few dollars. My only regret is that I don't live close enough to come here regularly.

I love this place! I would definitely recommend it for dates or a small family meal, even students can work comfortably while eating their outstanding food

Not a bad little place. I really enjoyed the mandu (dumplings) and there was alot of flavor to the Bulgogi.

The HOT POT is the best, absolutely delicious! I have also tried their bento box with kimchi chicken. It was tasty but I prefer the hot pot over that any day.

AMAZING FOOD!! GREAT ATMOSPHERE!! GREAT PRICES!! Our waitress, Emma, was great! She was extremely kind and attentive to our needs. As well as being very informative. Probably one of the sweetest people I have met! I wish every restaurant had wait staff this great!!My sister and I were supposed to go to Korea this week but covid postponed that. This was a GREAT substitute. This was a 2 hour drive for us so we met up with 3 friends. We got a lot of different things, thinking the portions would be small because of how reasonable the prices were. (We've been to some prciey korean restaurants) We were wrong! The portions are more than enough and this food was better than any expensive restaurant I've been to!!!My personal favorite that we had was the떡볶이 (tteokbokki) appetizer. Great flavor and just the right amount of spice! We also had the 김밥 (kimbap) which was great! Along with the김치전 (kimchi savory pancake) and 야채전 (vegetable savory pancake) .The sauces and side dishes were amazing! The 김치 (kimchi) was a little more spicy than other kimchi I have had but was delicious! Radish kimchi is my favorite so I wish they served that with the side dishes. For my meal I had 돌솥비빔밥 (hot stone bibimbap) The flavors were amazing and I honestly wish I could have eaten more!We will definitely be driving 2 hours again and returning to enjoy again!!!I will be including pictures of all of our food although some have not been mentioned.

Great place, love the atmosphere. Got the bulgoli bento box, a lot of food for $9.99!! Kimchi was delicious and spicy. I tried what my mom got (the Gangnam chicken), that was spectacular!!

The Kimchi Pork and the Kimchi Jjigae are sooo good!! Better than most in St Louis!!! I don't get home (Springfield) very often but I know where I will be eating from now on! Great service, awesome food and most excellent atmosphere!! Definitely worth to go!

Always a great value, friendly and quick service, and cute restaurant. I always order the bento box - beef bulgogi with a side salad, japchae, rice, soup, and choice of spring rolls or dumplings. I always order takeout, and everything is always neatly packed and labeled. Love the beef bulgogi, skip the gangnam chicken.
