My daughter and I went in today and it was fabulous. Our server Kayla was amazing. Her and my daughter had a good laugh and she was so genuine. In all our trips, we have never had a bad experience. Thank You for always being consistent.

We were forgotten and was about to leave when the waitress was surprised to see us. We ordered our drinks. When she served our drinks she then brought us our bread with out any plates. She then took our orders. When we received our order she didn't ask us to check and see if the steaks was cooked the way we ordered them. The steaks were not cooked the way we ordered them. So we had to wait until she finally came back. She took our steaks to cook a little more. When the steaks were served again they were fine. But the mushrooms for the steaks did not come. My husband had to ask twice to get them. Our drinks were never refilled, and were never given any more bread. My husband is not sure if we will return.

Well the server was great! Unfortunately the cook couldn't differentiate between a Rare steak and a medium rare steak on 3 different orders had to be sent back..so we basically had to eat separately..

We didn't get the steak that we ordered and had to ask for the salad that was forgotten. The peanuts on the table had cracked peanuts and trash in the bucket on the table. It took 15 mins to be seated and we were the only ones there waiting at 4:30 pm on a Monday. Poor service I must say but the food was good not great.

We were seated quickly, our server Hayden came over quickly with a basket of bread and butter. He had a big warming, and welcoming smile on his face. He took our drink order and went to get our drinks and gave us time to look over the menu, as it was my first time at a Logan's Roadhouse I needed time to look over the options. I chose the Porterhouse and fries (no fry seasoning). when he returned with the food he again had that big smile on his face. The Porterhouse was cooked as requested, and the fries were good. Hayden came back a few minutes later to check up on us and see if everything was good. I apricate the way Hayden took the time to make sure we had the best meal we could have. I would recommend Logan's Roadhouse to anyone who wants a great meal.

Our meal was awesome. He had baby baby ribs and I chose fresh greens salad. Plus it was Birthday treat for my husband. The staff , waitress and cook was awesome. We will be back.

The service was good. I ordered the porterhouse, cooked medium rare. The mushroom and vegetable skewers. The vegetable and mushrooms were great! The first one they sent to me was medium well. The second was RARE. They took care of it and were willing to do what it took to make it right.

Ordered a French Dip sandwich with fries. Tasted pretty good but nothing special by any means. However, we got a total of 9 or 10 fries...come on now! Mentioned it to the waiter who said we could put in another order of fries, but that's what comes with the meal! Say what? Waiter checked with the manager who refused to add more fries to our order. Corporate policy by weight and that's all we get. So...guess we are done with Logan's because of the skimpy portions, yet not skimpy prices!!!
Steak was on the dry side, Carolina Shrimp was maybe average. Catfish was decent and chicken sandwich was pretty bland. Overall it was just average. Definitely not worth the money spent. Texas Roadhouse coming will probably be a death sentence.

Food is good. Hamburgers are good. Service is not great. These servers need a personality injection. Free peanuts in the shell before the meal. Hot rolls with butter are excellent. Kids meals are great. Look for coupons online!

I worked at this store for several years and I Was unfairly terminated. I broke my foot and had to leave and was promised my job back and am now not permitted to return due to manager bias against me.
