THE DRIVE INN EMPOLYEE WAS VERY RUDE KEPT TRYING TO HURRY US UP WHILE WE WAS TALKING BECAUSE HE DIDNT WANT HIS DRIVE THURU RECORD BAD. THE CHICKEN WE GOT COULD HAVE BEEN MORE FRESHER AND THE MAC N CHEESE WAS TERRIBLE. AWFUL SERVICE. AND WE DIDNT GET OUR SAUCES WE REQUESTED AND OUR RECIEPT. VERY BAD SERVICE AND EMP[LOYEE VERY VERY RUDE. WONT BE GOING BACK.

We ordered a 14-piece meal through the drive thru, and we didn't get 14 pieces, we only got 7 thighs and 4 drum sticks, and the fries weren't even halfway full. Customers should get what they pay for. Make sure you go out of your way and count the chicken they give you, specially through the drive thru 💯

Cashier at drive-thru was rude & when I was asked if I wanted tarter sauce, I said No ! But I would like cocktail sauce. Got home to have 6 packs of Tarter. No cocktail and nothing to eat my meal with.

I just went thru the drive thru and ordered an L6 (piece of fish and shrimp) with Cole slaw. I pull to the window and pay. I get pulled. Cool, I'm probably getting fresh food. There's another person pulled in front of me. A couple minutes go by and someone brings out both of the orders. First guy gets his, I get mine. I check mine and it's not correct. The guy in front of me had gotten my order and I'd gotten his. The lobby closes at 7 and this was probably 7:15 or so. So we go to the drive thru window and explain we were given the wrong orders. The guy says he's already eaten off some. The manager or whoever the guy was that brought our food out to us starts complaining about having to remake our food loud enough to where we can hear. Some of his exact words were "the food is perfectly fine!!!" I'm sorry but it's not perfectly fine when it's been eaten off of and touched by other people!! He remakes both orders but is slinging the boxes around as he put them in the bag and on the counter for the girl to give us. We start walking back to our vehicles and check our new orders and they're both wrong again!!! The picture attached is of the replacement food. (I took a bite of the fish). The drive thru window says they don't offer refunds but want to make sure you're satisfied. I am not satisfied with being given the wrong order twice and an employee being rude about having to remake food that's already been touched and eaten off of!

Is I could give this a zero I would. Because of an I dual medical disorder my diet is a high acidic one. Ordered my food ask for what I know is a lot of the malt vinegar and offered to pay whatever the amount would be for the extra and he said all he could do was the 3 he had in each hand. I will never go back. This was the only place I went to on the rare occasion I dined out bc of my dietary issues but this is poor business. Especially when you offer to pay extra bc you know it’s only right. But not my fault I have dietary issues.

Stopped in last night (12/15). Workers kept overtalking me on the drive thru speaker, created confusion over a combo meal, wouldn't let me order a drink even for extra cost, and didn't want to provide extra condiments. They would not answer when we asked how much extra condiments would be. Workers, including a person named Dillon who claimed to be the GM, were all very rude. When we left, we found they hadn't provided utensils either for the coleslaw. I guess they expected us to dig it out with our hands. When we stopped at the gas station close by, 2 random people advised this was the horrible location due to the employees and the Glenstone one is much better. This location needs an entire reset and management terminated!!!

I went through the drive-through looking for a meal deal that other local fast-food restaurants are offering. The person said they don't do that. There were two workers trying to talk to me on the drive-through speaker, very confusing and unprofessional. At the window to pick up my order, I asked for a drink holder. The worker spilled a drink handing it off to me. She replaced it and spilled a SECOND drink handing it off to me, with no apology. I finally just took the drink by itself without the holder. The food was overcooked, and looked dark brown like old grease. One of the drinks wasn't mixed properly, and we had to throw it out. I don't recommend eating there.
