LongHorn Steakhouse

We go to Longhorn Steakhouse every year for my birthday which is Christmas Eve because we love the steaks and service. We went this year 12/24/25 and I was less than impressed. We always order the ribeye and this year we were served a sirloin but charged for a ribeye. The steak, baked potatoes and mushrooms were so salty it was impossible to finish the meal. We let the waiter know who did nothing Then they turned the music up so loud you couldn't talk or hear each other. Also let the waiter know. Again nothing was done. Advised the waiter it was my birthday and never got the standard birthday dessert. And I paid $86 for a meal I couldn't eat and service that was lacking. I don't know what has happened if it is new management or what but the overall experience was not the usual we have come to expect. Not Happy!!!

We started with the shrimp appetizer, delicious. I did the 20oz ribeye and my wife did the petite filet , both were perfectly cooked. The Longhorn old fashioned was amazing. Great experience all around

Food wasn't bad. Service was acceptable. Issue I have is a salad does NOT come with a steak. You only get 1 side and salad is not an option unless you pay for it. Texas Roadhouse gives you 2 sides which salad can be one of them for same price or cheaper than Longhorn. Won't step foot back in a Longhorn. Come on Longhorn- do better!

The only thing I really didn't like is where we were seated. We were facing all the people who were waiting for a table. They just looked hungry and they stared at us while we ate our food. Not a super big deal, just awkward. If we come back, ill ask to seatcus anywhere but there. Also my husband had an alpha gal flare up after we ate there so he was not impressed with the quality of their steak, but overall I personally thought it was decent and good margaritas.

First thing is I ordered steamed broccoli, the menu didn't say anything about having some sort of nasty sauce poured on top of them; they're steamed broccoli!!! The only thing that steamed broccoli needs is maybe a little salt and better and that should be up to the person who's eating it. Secondly the hamburger I ordered had some sort of seasoning mixed in the meat which really upset my stomach. The server tried to educate me acted like I was a 3-year-old and he was the teacher when I was complaining about the broccoli. If it had been listed in the menu I wouldn't have said anything, it would have been on me, but no it wasn't in the menu. The server was a complete jerk.

Longhorn in Branson is quickly becoming our main steakhouse! The Outback Ribeye is always seasoned perfectly and its enough to split even. We frequently will split and just add another side, saving overall with less leftovers. The prices overall compare to other steakhouses in town, but the generous portions and quality put it above in my opinion. The service has always been great! Overall, we love it and frequent Longhorn regularly!

Outstanding flavor on any of their steaks. The bread is fantastic. Salads are fresh and delicious 😋

Don’t know how there’s a 10 minute wait at 11:07 am but kinda ridiculous having a wait with an empty restaurant.

Waited for 50mins to be seated, immediately ordered to get our food started, waited 30mins for appetizer’s, waited a hr before getting our entrees, sent steak back under cooked (mgr said no problem “we’re a steak house” and got it back still undercooked. Pricey for a 3hr ordeal and undercooked food.

Their food, service, is A+, even the leftovers reheated the next day are amazing! Definitely, we’ll do this again!!!!!
