Atmosphere was okay. Needs updated. Could be cleaner. Steak knife handles were broken/chipped. My steak lacked flavor/depth and was really tough. I got the Outlaw Ribeye. I had much higher expectations for $30+. The highlight was the waiter. He was professional, friendly, and attentive without being over attentive. Probably won’t go back for a while though due to feeling like my food was less than “okay”.

One simple word - awful.After a 45 minute wait as we somehow got lost on the seating list, we got seated, placed our order and waited another 30 mins for food.Steak was full of fat, raw and cold.Not even close to other Longhorn restaurants I’ve been to.Not a place to spend your hard earned money.

Me and my family had a pleasant experience dinning at Longhorn. Our waiter James was very nice and adhered to our needs well. For it being my family and my first time here we really enjoyed it and would definitely dine here again. The food was great as well as the service.

Waited 2 hours for cold, inedible food.To start, we never complain at restaurants. We always try our best to give the benefit of the doubt and roll with things, but it was just one thing after another.We arrived at the restaurant and checked in at 8:15. They told us a 20-25 minute wait. Okay, no big deal. 40 minutes later we check back up at the front and they tell us there are 3 couples still ahead of us waiting to be seated. We almost left then. We finally got seated about 10 minutes later. It's just before 9 at this point.We sat down and immediately ordered since we had an hour beforehand to look at the menu. We got raspberry lemonade to drink, and that part was delicious. I ordered the 9 oz parmesan crusted chicken with a loaded baked potato and a side salad, and my husband ordered the 6 oz sirloin with shrimp and a loaded baked potato, plus a side salad and an order of mac and cheese.They brought out our salads as well as some bread and butter fairly quickly. We enjoyed those and just patiently waited. And waited. And waited... We waited for 45 minutes before our food arrived. By this point, we were mostly full from having finished our bread and salad. We dug into our entrees expecting that we would end up taking some home since we were mostly full.My husband's sirloin steak was supposed to be medium, but it was at least medium well and very dry, but also cold! His shrimp was burnt and cold as well. His baked potato was bland, dry, and lacking in toppings. The macaroni was the only edible part. We loved the mac and cheese, it was some of the best we've ever had anywhere.My chicken was so salty, I had to mix it with my bland baked potato to make it edible. My potato also lacked toppings like my husband's. There were 3 pieces of chicken, I only managed to eat less than one. My poor husband only took two bites of his steak, and tried 3 shrimps before giving up. It was so bad we didn't even bother with leftovers.Our bill came out to almost $60. My husband was so unhappy with it that he actually asked if there was anything they could do. We waited for nearly 2 hours to get cold, inedible, and expensive food. They didn't offer to comp it and I really think they should have after how bad it was. The server never checked in and asked how it was, how we were doing, etc. My husband had to explicitly tell him that there was something wrong. The server said, "You should've told us so we could have remade it." One, we never even had the opportunity since he never checked back in, and two, we were absolutely not going to wait another 40 minutes for food.They ended up taking the price down a bit, but it was still not worth it at all.We were so disappointed. We had a gift card for this place we had received for Christmas. This was our first visit. We won't be back.
Parmesan Crusted Chicken had an odd flavor, not as good as I hoped. Strawberry shortcake was excellent.

My mom, Nana and I came here for lunch to celebrate my mom's birthday, the food was amazing, the service was great all in all it was a fantastic visit we didn't wait less than 15 minutes to get our table and they were really busy. I highly recommend this place the steaks are the best I've ever had at a restaurant. We will definitely be coming back again.
