Lucy's Chinese Food

I haven't been here in a few years and I'm wondering why because they have some great food. I love the hot chicken stir fry or the lomein. Today I got the veggie lomein and their stir fry flavor is so perfect and I haven't found it anywhere else. Plus their crab rangoons are savory instead of sweet! I love that and the sweet and sour sauce is exactly that! Not too sweet like everywhere else. I hope they join doordash & get tap pay soon!

Great food

Rogersville restaurant has great staff, BUT the food is terrible... The noodles have no flavor or seasoning on the meat. Honestly sad when Top Ramen from the store has more flavor than a Chinese restaurant!!!

Used to love Lucy‘s. I go there last night and order a general chicken combo and a general chicken half combo all white meat. I check out come home look at the bill. There’s a $.68 service fee on there so I call up Lucy‘s and ask Caleb for a manager while he didn’t wanna give me a manager he said no manager was around But after multiple tries and telling him I could only talk to a manager. I finally got someone in charge his name was Mike I doubt seriously that that was his name but that’s the name he gave me. I asked him what the $.68 service fee was for on the bill and he said oh did you use a debit card or a credit card I said yes and he said well. They charge $.68 for each one well therefore I will not be eating there anymore because the food sucked it taste like they never changed their oil and the crab Rangoon was Overcooked Terrible experience!!

Rice was slightly uncooked
Doctor pepper tasted like it was made by a nurse.
Did not meet my expectations
Gave me 5 pieces of chiken and all my dog wanted to eat was the napkin 0/10 needs to close

Everything is good even the people

Lucy's is iconic. Just the right place to eat. The service is super friendly and your food comes to the table. We came in from out of state and thought of Lucy's immediately. Really enjoyed the experience and will be back next visit to Springfield.

It’s good and all but it was so dead in there! There was music but I could barely hear it and Lucy’s on sunshine has tvs in there very vibrant and the food is a bit better

They need to hire some Chinese people to cook for them. The food has no taste. Those high schools girl's don't know how to cook. I bought beef with broccoli. Tasted terrible. They are friendly this why I gave them 2 stars.

Drive thru… cashew chicken and egg rolls were tough, cold and stale. Must have been under heat lamp all day!….awful! Could not eat it and had to throw away! Will not be ordering from there again!

Lucy’s in Rogersville is at the top of my list! Cassandra, who works the front counter, is amazing! She’s always friendly and remembers what I order. She knows what my staff likes as well. I get fast, excellent service and good food always!

The food was hot and tasted great. Yes the building is older and not much to desire but the food was good.
