Place is almost always empty. The food is always mediocre, but the staff is friendly.This last time I went, I never got my crab rangoons that come with the combo meal, but they were pretty swamped (they said their chef wasn't there, he might've been on break), so it's no big deal.This was around 4:00 on Feb 20th.

We stopped for lunch after seeing an advertisement for their orange chicken. They have lunch specials that are reasonably priced. Our food was very good for a "fast food" restaurant. Order at the counter, get your fountain drinks, tableware, napkins, and any sauces you like. It was a fairly large place, and I bet they get busy at times.

They use MSG (monosodium glutamate) in their food, so if that affects you negatively keep it in mind.

I had the sweet and sour chicken it made my tung swell and my face blotchy! It had a bad taste too ! I know what it should tast like I work for a Chinese restaurant years ago and it should have tast sweeter and should have pineapple and carrots salary in it. But nope!! ???? so stay away from it!

I have not been to Lucy in forever and I'm glad I did go today! Good food is hard to find In this town and wow I was super impressed! It was fresh super tasty I will be returning with friends and family! Such a great experience! Thanks guys
I picked up shrimp fried rice and crab rangoons. The crab rangoons were crisp outside and warm inside. Exactly how they should be. The fried rice is a completely different story. The shrimp tasted rubbery. The rice was overcooked and heavy on the soy sauce. The coup de gras the food was greasy. After a small amount of the fried rice. I had no choice but to throw it in the trash.

the food was terrible, barely warm, very bland. Service was alright, we needed to go boxes and waited at the counter and just ended up leaving because the food wasn't worth the wait. i was also contemplating on getting a refund or at least something else but staff was no where to be found.
Looking for a new place for some simple cashew chicken the other day and dropped by this place. Dinner time, 6pm on a monday, no cars in the parking lot so I thought they were closed at first till I saw the open sign. Ordered the large cashew chicken and rice which was very expensive at over $11.00 including tax but I thought it must be enough for two people or a second meal later. Nope. Same size serving I usually get at other places for around $7 or so. Can't say the food was bad, but you know it just wasn't tasty? I ate it and it solved my hunger problem but in this town if you can't do cashew chicken better than this for this high price then I won't bother to try any other dishes. Maybe that was why the parking lot was empty at 6pm.....

Expensive! Costs 50-55 at minimum to feed a family of four. Food tastes good but portions aren’t exceptional.

If you like twice deep fried cold eggrolls, deep fryer grease fried rice and soupy lo mein you will love this place it hit the trash can after 1st bite. Should have known with not one car in there parking lot. It would work as a good colonoscopy cleanse.
