We had our national training this week and our catered lunch from Lucy’s was a HUGE HIT!! We loved supporting local and showing off a little taste of Springfield to our leaders from around the nation! THANK YOU!!

Employee in the drive through earned 5 stars for friendliness, but the food was 1. We ordered cashew, sweet and sour and general chicken combo meals. The chicken was so tough we dug out steak knives to try to cut it. Fried rice was very salty. Crab rangoon was over fried to the point that you could not even tear it open to put sauce on it. We have eaten here in the past but it has been a year or so. Very disappointing.

No complaints. Good food and great company to share my meal with! Best way to celebrate mom coming back home and getting her off her feet for at least one meal!

The food wasn't bad, but it was rather generic in taste - no flair. The atmosphere reminded me of a fast food restaurant. One picture of a Chinese character isn't "decor".

Spent 30 dollars for 2 adults. Portions were small for the price, and not very good. Half my "fried rice" was hard balls of white rice, and the rest was rice with onion and soy sauce. I ordered stirfry and got home with pepper steak (really salty) Fried wontons were the most disappointing thing. Egg rolls were okay. Generals chicken was okay but the portion size for the price was less than we expected.

Overpriced. Spent over $30 for 2 adults and a child and left hungry. Won’t ever do that again.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Do not recommend! Went for sweet and sour chicken, spent $13 and got FIVE pieces of DRY chicken with very little sauce. What a rip off. Photo of what I received vs what I ordered. Also, when I called to complain the worker made it like it was MY fault. This was the Ozark location.

My wife picked up an order of take out here. I ordered 6 crab Rangoon with my order + wife ordered side of 3 crab Rangoon. The 6 that came with my meal had absolutely no crab. Just an empty shell. The 3 my wife ordered were full of crab.Just a heads up. Check all your food before leaving. Places these days getting too stingy with everything. On top of that, server was very rude to my wife as she picked up.

Recommended dishes: General Chicken, Crab Rangoon

Pricey didn't used to be that way not enough food for what that are asking for. They raised the price and cut the portion. Sad sad day.
