Well they were out of several things kn the menu. The Burnt Ends Mac and cheese was VERY good recommended for sure. Also Hal-Lal friendly for those who are Muslim.

So empty, we thought it was closed and don't have or just stopped even making some stuff on the menu. 2 Mac and cheese dinners and 2 shakes 62.00. I think that's crazy. I got a fancy shake, we ordered to go, so my shake was more money, but there was nothing fancy or extra about it compared to my husband's plain shake. Starws too small for the shake.

Great atmosphere and top of the line milkshakes. I would say the shake is even better than the mac, which is saying something because that was delicious too.

The worker was very nice and friendly and she was very helpful, she was the only one working unfortunately. We ordered 2 burnt ends and a Chicken BBQ mac. After we set down she let us know she only had enough burnt ends for 1. It was only noon at this time. 3 small portions of mac and 3 small drinks was almost $60. Wasn't that good because 2 of our macs was ice cold in the middle. Definitely not worth the money.

Their bacon mac was creamy & delicious. We also had the burnt end potato and it was amazing! They also have gluten free macaroni! Olivia was so helpful.

Every time I go here to pick up the doordash order until I go there and tell them to pick up name then they're going to start the order making it you know I'm not sure what the employees are doing until the delivery driver come there to pick up their order I'm not sure what manager is doing for this store very bad store in Springfield

I’m honestly very forgiving of employees in the food industry but this was just a super rude staff. We ended up leaving specifically for how poorly we were greeted. No other customers were in the restaurant. The girl working saw us walk in but walked into the back as soon as we got inside. We stood out there for maybe 5-10 mins. We were being patient but we saw her back there so we were saying, “Hello..are yall open?!”. She didn’t respond but finally came out and didn’t say a word to us just looked at us from behind the register. When we went to start our order she tells us there was only one option available on the menu—Which was fine because it was 30 mins until close so I understand not everything being available. I would have been willing to try that option but the whole interaction was so negative we left.
Customer service was great. Everything else, not so much. Food was bad, it's bad when a 9 year old doesn't like your mac&cheese. There were several items they advertised that they didn't have. $40 badly spent, I'd rather have boxed mac&cheese. Had been wanting eat here for a while now and was highly disappointed.
