First time buying from this location and it was a very good experience. The pizza dough is one of the best around. The ingredients/toppings are fresh and tasty. I do wish they had fresh mushrooms instead of canned mushrooms besides that, we will be back for more delicious pizza. My family and I really enjoyed the pizza and the cheesy bread and the options for the flavored crust. Great job, and keep up the good work. Nice friendly people also.

I was just in to get a to go order and I could tell all the employees there tonight were working very hard. The phones were going crazy and a couple customers were unhappy it was taking so long but every employee was doing everything they could. I noticed the now hiring sign so I imagine they are short handed tonight but they were all doing a great job. I truly hope they get some recognition for the hard work they are putting in!

One guy working, he was a bit rude but my guess is that's because he's stressed being the only person here. In my opinion, that's going to be a management issue. If you're having staff issues it's because you're not taking care of them. Spend your money elsewhere.Edit.Turns out this rude guy, is the manager. That explains everything!

Will never waste my time or money with this company ever again. You have a very shady night crew working there for sure, and I wanna let everyone know about it! I called Marcos Pizza at 9:32pm on S Campbell and Plainview Rd. last night for a pizza, and the kid proceeds to tell me, just to let you know, there are 2 pizzas ahead of yours, so you might not get a pizza because we close at 10 pm...... like I said before, it was 9:32pm..... this place is a joke!!! Never again, and I hope someone is held responsible...... FYI. Fix the hours of operations with the correct times on your website. Once again, Shady

This place. I love this pizza. It's the best in Springfield, food chain and independent alike. Try the sausage and onion if it tickes your fancy, it's delightful. A pizza bowl is in my future....

First time ever eating Marco's Pizza, and it definitely will not be our last! The garlic butter dipping sauce added a special touch to the Ultimagnifico. We live a bit outside their delivery range, but an awesome driver still agreed to deliver our pizza. Great work ethic, service, and delicious pizza. ?

I like Marco's pizza - especially the pepperoni magnifico. It is close to home and convenient. However, tonight when it was raining I went to pick up the pizza through the drive through as I have done several times. The window had a sign that the drive through was not available. :(. Grrrrr. There was no visually apparent reason for it to not be available - especially on a rainy night. So I had to drive around to get the pizza. When I enter, the person inside seemed to have some kind of ear buds in and couldn't hear when I responded who I was. :(. I asked him why the drive through was not open. He didn't know. :(. I asked for a couple of paper plates. The guy did not know where they were and went to the back and asked and basically disappeared. It is not a big place. I could see he was in the back near the drive through area and got side tracked. :(. Seriously, customer service needs to improve.
