Unfortunately I had a pretty terrible experience today. It has been a long time since I have eaten at McAllister's and today reminded me why. The menu item i wad craving was discontinued. Ok got it menus change. So I ordered the Cuban as an alternative. I ordered at 12:01 at 12:17 they brought me half the sandwich I ordered. And to think I gave them a tip upfront, my mistake. A few minutes later I get my plate delivered with my full order. By now my sandwich is cold and mediocre at best. Very disappointing for a fast food lunch meal that costs over $20!

I came in to pickup an order and the cashier Jayden was very mean and cold to me. I had gone up the counter and he scoffed at me and walked away. Thankfully though the other employees were very kind and helpful to me. I feel like personal relations with someone outside of the workplace shouldn’t affect your representation of the company.

Good baked potatoes. Iced tea with fruit puree is very yummy. I think some menu items are a bit overpriced, but everything has been fresh and tasty.
Free tea day 7-17-25 was a nice gesture but the tea had a twang - it wasn't freshly brewed. I understand they wanted to stay ahead of the busy day but isn't the point of free tea day to encourage return customers? Why bother if it turns people away?

The BLTA is the best item imo and that cucumber salad is delicious, reasonably priced too. I got the BLTA without the A and they made me a new one entirely and it looked and tasted amazing!! That bacon is truly delicious!
