Incredibly disappointed. Just went in for a basic order of the nacho basket and a couple of unsweet teas. The nacho basket was very small and the cheese dip order cup that should have 8 oz in. It only had about four. I took it back up and asked the manager to please fill it up and from that point on we were stared at and chit chat was going on up by the counter with the employees. Very disappointed and very hurtful. We have been McAlister customers for the last couple of years and we spend a lot of money at McAlister's across a general year. This certainly makes us reevaluate. It was embarrassing to say the least because customers were seeing us be pointed at by the people behind the counter. I don't know if this is customary for this specific location, but if it is, it needs to be dealt with. When I look at how much money we've spent at McAllister's across the last year, I wonder if we should have invested otherwise and somewhere else. We love our sunshine location because Nikki is beyond the best manager of any McAlisters. Perhaps that should be the only one we patronize going forward.

It's been over 2 years since I've reviewed this McAlister's, so here ya go.
The menu has shrunk a little, but that's ok. The food is tasty. But the fact that we always receive great service at the N. Kansas Expressway location will keep me coming back.

Two of us went to eat here on Dec 1 a Sunday around 7:40. We were greeted upon entering the efjstablishment and told they close at 8. Feeling pressured by this comment, we reluctantly took the food to-go and tried to eat in our car in the parking lot. After paying $33 and forced to tip ((there is no option for no tip), we ordered 2 items. Both cost $10, then, 2 drinks $5 each. Expensive meal for what you get. The soups were both cold, one was the wrong kind, I think. They were both lacking in both flavor and ingredients. Our sandwiches were also cold and lacking flavor. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you want to risk an experience like this. All around bad and disappointed.

This is my go to McAlisters in Springfield MO. Although there was an issue with being able to use my points for lunch today, the staff and MGMT was able to come to a solution with no hesitation to get me taken care of.

Was my first time at McCalisters.
The teenager behind the counter was less then helpful. Seemed very annoyed to be working.
The food was eh, the sandwiches had very little ingredients on them, and ingredients missing from what I had ordered. We ordered four sandwiches in total, only two were right (one being just turkey and cheese kids meal).
The veggie sandwich had the smallest amount of greens, missing tomatoes, only had Avocado on one half.
None of the sandwiches came with a pickle spear, even though the menu says they all come with one.
The tea was the only thing that was any good.
Yall need to have a word with your staff about being more friendly to guests, welcoming new customers and taking pride in putting together decent food. Take out isn't cheap, and it's very disappointing to get home with a bag full of food that isn't filling or fullfilling at all.
Wasn't worth my money.

Guy and girl at register too busy talking about people after they ordered and not paying attention. I had to ask them if they were listening when ordering and surprise, the order was wrong! Probably shouldn't about people in front of them!! Also person in window in kitchen has no hairnet on with hair all scraggly.

We were greeted the moment we walked into the door. We both got Smokey Pepper Jack Turkey Sandwiches which were phenomenal as always! The 1/2 and 1/2 tea with a shot of strawberry always hits the spot. There was one other person there at 11am which was nice to beat the rush and we got our food promptly. The manager checked on us (and others as a few more people trickled in before we left), which we appreciated. A good experience for sure!

I love the food it always tastes so good but my main complaints is that there is always something wrong with my food and it’s just pricey. Whenever I come in I always ask for no pickle spear on my sandwich and every. Single. Time I get one, the issue isn’t really with the pickle itself but I just hate the pickle juice that it leave on my plate and gets in my other food. I don’t want to complain to them about giving me new food because of the pickle because like I said it’s not a huge deal but every time I come here I get it when I ask for it without it. I also ask for a spud with Swiss cheese ham and bacon and almost every time I order it it is either missing the ham or bacon (which I pay extra for) and I have to go get a cup of cold bacon/ham to put in my spud. The drinks are so expensive for just one soda it is almost $4 which is insane. I will say though the staff are nice when I mention missing stuff they get it to me as quick as they can which I appreciate
