They were out of so many of the menu's items. They were understaffed. It was like they didn't plan for a lunch hour rush. The line was out the door. 2 of our 4 couldn't get what they wanted, and we paid over $50. Leaving off cheese due to an allergy but haven't to pay extra to put salad dressing on a dry sandwich really topped of our experience.

First time going to McAlister's and thought it was going to be better. I had a sandwich and a side of macaroni and cheese. The sandwich was nothing special and the mac and cheese was very creamy and tasted like it was mass produced. There was no actual cheese in it. It reminded me of boxed kraft Mac and cheese with more liquidity sauce.I do not think there will be a second time for me once was enough to scratch McAlister's off my list of places to go.

Systems were down, no big deal, but staff were less than friendly and food was served cold when all items ordered were hot.

I had the McAlister's Club, Great sandwich! Just a little small for the price in my opinion. That being said I would definitely get it again, it was that good. Pickle was good too.

We payed over $30 for lunch and my spud as they called it was under cooked and barely cooked and wouldn't even melt the butter! Ate 2 bites of it and couldn't eat anymore. The cup of soup that cost $5 was country potato and I only ate 1 bite, it tasted more like water. My wife ordered a $12 Rubin that had VERY little sour Kraut or cheese on it. She said it was a pastrami sandwich not a Rubin. Very very disappointed and felt like we were robbed! Will never eat there again!!!!!

My friend and I go here often. The food is really good. For service it's fine, we just usually prefer sit down and order with the waitress, but the food makes it worth it. And they do bring your food to you when it's ready.
