Just made an order for curbside pick up. After a half an hour we gave up and left. Other cars that had got there before us were still waiting for their food. What a waste of time and money. Ironic that their mascot is a clown.

This is the worst run location I have ever been to. Every single time the order is wrong. Every single time you go through the drive thru they park you. Either you sit parked for 10+ minutes, or they bring the order out immediately, which means they had no reason to park you in the first place. Half the employees will just be standing around not doing a thing. Maybe if you didn't have one person spend 90% of their working time walking orders out to cars or standing at the entrance to vape, you could get orders out. But no. These stupid managers want to meet their bonuses for drive thru times so they will sacrifice any level of service to do it. These metrics are meant to show where a store can improve, and constantly going around them helps nobody but a managers pocket. I very rarely post horrible reviews but my god I haven't gotten decent service here a single time. Not to mention picking up doordash orders, they have the longest wait of any McDonalds in Springfield, including the one that's half a gas station. If you are within 5 miles of any other location, go there. The floors are also disgusting.

The older lady running the orders was very rude to the staff and was screaming at them. I get that a lot of places are short staffed but this was the worst experience ever.
