I just got food from yall, chicken nuggets, fries and mcchickens and happy meal. Every.single. item was stale old and cold. Way to go lazy people! I thought MAYBE it was a one time thing. But no, you workers do it everytime. I wont be back.

Very dirty and managers are very lazy. Manager yelling at employees for taking to long when he was sitting in office stuffing his face. Every table in lobby was dirty. We never got our food. Wanted refund after 30 min and manager got offened he was bad at his job

Either you love McDonald's ordon't like McDonald's... I personally didn't go here on my friend wanted to stop here.. I'm really not impressed with McDonald's are ridiculously high $20 for two burgers two and two fries and that's it 200 not even all that great it just slapped together what does a couple pickles I'm there in like a penny sized squeeze of a diced onion and just sesame bun or just a regular one actually..on there there's nothing much to them, and that's my opinion..I stopped going to McDonald's after my dad who was a truck driver who work for national Carriers my stepdad told me that he had delivered trailer full of palletized horse filler meat to is there food center where they make the stuff the patties and stuff where they put them together.. has anybody ever asked what's in their hamburgers? I guarantee it's not 100% beef.. my review wasn't very nice bu I want my opinion is and only mine..t I am speaking the truth of what I know

Slowest most worthless McDonald's in all of Springfield no good management no good employees can't get an order out the window and under 3 minutes can't do anything even right. Should shut it back down like it was when it got burnt down was much better being closed.

Drove a customer through while ubering, your staff was actively rude to my passengers when I told them this was the best one in town. Please train your staff to be better and provide a baseline of customer

Last three times I have came here it always seems like the crew working 6pm-9pm never know what they are doing or haven’t been trained well. Never get sauce for my nuggets, burgers made incorrectly, food being cold etc. Ordered online via mobile app, told them at the speaker my order number, got receipt at first window, only to pull up to the second window and have that person act confused that they do not have my order. Very frustrating.

Attitudes weren't horrible they put me on hold and never responded back in drive thru i had to pull up to get someone at the window and than they sent three different people to the window all of which didnt even know what i was there for this is after i had already told them my order number several times than the girl working the very front on register was laughing they were rude and dont know how to listen to what people say they all need to learn better customer service skills and to get their butts in gear when it comes to getting orders out there was no reason for me to be ignored and my customers order gets treated like they dont matter all the while i have to tell my customers wjat is going on with their order and they are upset with me so please manners and do u job so we can do ours third shift

This location needs to stop pulling people forward, just to have an employee run it out 30 seconds later, so you can pull forward the next car. I get that it’s policy for rush hour, but it should not be happening EVERY car.If it’s not addressed, I will contact the regional manager for this store.Yours truly, a former BurgerKing Gm.
