Ordered a cheeseburger plain...that means no pickles or catsup...didn't even get the cheese, but got charged for it. I go by there 3 times a week, and they will screw up my order at least once. They simply need to hire better people.

I've visited this location between 5am and 6am on multiple occasions and they always have an excuse for why they aren't serving food. Google says they open at 4am, the app says 5, and they don't even consistently open at 6. Definitely a first world problem, but it certainly annoys me when I commute to this location and it isn't serving food during the advertised operating hours.
As far as the food, I haven't had as many issues with the quality as other local McDs locations, so that's definitely a plus. Only reason I'm not leaving a q star review (out of anger for having recently waited 15 minutes only to be turned away).

This place really needs to train their people in customer service!! My husband eats there often at lunch and just wasted 30 minutes at this place standing in line just to be ignored along with several people in front of him! They don't even acknowledge people here! These people need trained in customer service asap!

The food is cheap but not the best but that's expected the bathrooms are king of clean but there's like no cashiers waiting to take your order so that was annoying I wouldn't recommend the play place as it is just a slide and small steps I would only recommend if your nearby looking for something cheap

Went through the drive through! Didn't get waited on immediately but they were busy! Ordered cheeseburger! Got to the pay window and took a second to scan my code! They got it and I got my burger cooked to delight ? wrapped nice too.
