I don’t understand why I’m constantly asked to park and wait on my food and then I receive food which isn’t hot. It doesn’t make sense. Don’t tell me you’re waiting on fresh food and then bring me food which is barely warm. This happens consistently at this particular location.

Rudest lady at the drive through that old methead Woman saying she couldn't hear because she was tweaking so bad.I did not order a large Coke.I ordered a large vanilla cone I said it six times to this woman and she argued with me that I still ordered a large coke. And it was on my receipt. So after I handed the Coke back, she tried closing the window on me and I said oh, she said.What you want then when i'm still waiting for the item I ordered and I didn't get a toy in the happy meal. So I balled up the receipt threw it at her and said she was a rude, hateful person.

I have been going here occasionally for 25+ years. This is the most consistent tasting on their food. Never too dry or way too much sauce. Excellent service for a McDonalds and clean bathrooms. My young kids love to play in the playplace!

Located on Independence avenue out by the Walmart Super Center.I am currently working right down to road from this Mc Donald's. So I have been finding myself there more often than not .I always go thru the drive thru & ordering from my Mobil app. Well let's just say, trying! To order from it lol. With that being said, been never have the refused my order bc , well it's not even there, it's somewhere else ?? for instance what happens exactly is a absolutely beautiful soul that works evening in that drive thru just tells me to pull forward and we can figure out. Now what actually happen is he is so kind & polite he just fixed it to work for me and with his beautiful smile hands my phone back.Don't take my word Folks!!! Come see these friends McDonald's Folk for yourself!

I will never return to this location !4after going in for dinner tonight in dining area. No one ever AKNOWLEGED me and my husband at counter. We finally turned around to see a kiosk ,so we ordered from it .. the dining room was exceptionally cold and finally the "shift leader" came to counter and helped two people and disappeared again . Me and a little boy that just wanted a refill , waited and waited for help even the staff could clearly see u waiting . I finally yelled to get some one to come up to assist us never again. I worked today as a hairstylist and it was super busy before superbowl, but I still addressed every person that came thru door . This is what I consider poor customer service !

Dirty , they are horribly slow , rude they're not accurate with orders. They serve old cold nasty food. They hate their jobs and all customers . You order in 2 hours later with attitude bc u called them out of their bd. Too expensive for trash n trash service.

worst experience at a mc Donald's. ordered food in drive thu at 12:48pm and was sent to the line ahead to wait. workers came up to my window a total of 6 times over 20 min to ask what I ordered. 6 times!! finally after the last girl had come up twice I was getting irritated.. so I said don't you remember me I've been here for 20 min and you asked me what I ordered 20 min ago. she took my receipt and said she would be right back. she came back out with a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich that was placed inside the wrong marked container .. ON PURPOSE. !! she had just looked at my receipt and saw what I ordered and went inside and put something entirely different so I wouldn't notice till I opened the container!! so how do you like that!!. I place a simple order and waited literally now 24 minutes and they were upset at me? upset to fuk with my order. UNREAL!!! there is no system when they are busy they just have food runners running to vehicles without any number system . WORST!!!
