They had us pay for the wrong order, so that caused a lot of confusion for the drive thru workers. Once it was realized they had us pull forward and wait. They did not charge us the difference, so that was nice and during our wait time they made our order fresh and hot.

Drive thru service is too bad ... First they made me wait for 15 mins and they didn't have ice cream and replaced it with a smoothie which was rotten and I asked them for a frapee and they asked me to wait for another 15 mins... I don't have all the day just for a single order change your staff or just down your store.

I like this McDonald's. They generally get the order right and the quality has always been pretty good. The only negative I can say is night service is slow BUT in this case I'm biased because I actually worked the night shift here and I know the problem is that the managers who schedule tend to way under-schedule the amount of people needed on the night crew with 10 times the cleaning and still a good number of customers a lack of help is a huge problem. This is our go-to before the aquarium visits and it's usually very pleasant to visit.

My fries were cold, I was missing nuggets and my burger tasted like onions on it and I had 2 ranches that I paid not in the bag i called was put on hold then they kept hanging up on me until the 4th time it finally got solved

Love the $5 meal for when you're on the go and don't have much cash on you and just need a quick meal that will fill you up, 😋 that also tastes good! That's what I'm talking about!
Dietary restrictions: I'm allergic to onions and they have never had a problem with doing the cheeseburgers with ketchup only etc for me so that way I know they won't have them, I always check first before eating just incase though cause I don't always remember to carry my epipen with me.
Recommended dishes: Large Fries, Apple Slices, Mcchicken, Cheeseburger, Burger King Chicken Nuggets, Mcmuffin, Hamburger Happy Meal, Sausage Mcgriddles, Sausage
