Let's put it this way I heard four song waiting in line . When I got my order the ice was all but melted in my soda . The burger a Big Mac was. Cold but the fries were good and hot . They really seem to short staff. The employees are pretty friendly .

The cook in the back must be high or having a bad day because being hilarious or out of spite putting mac sauce and mayo layered between each patty and bun making them float on the sauce mix, are fighting words, the level of disrespect for a fellow human with no regard to the mess made is unforgivable! Shame on you and shame on you as an employee. Other than that the visit was amazing such friendly people car hoping 🥰

I think this is the slowest McDonald's in town. Every single time we have stopped there it takes forever to get your food. You can be the only one in line, no one on front of you or behind, and still be asked to pull forward and wait 10 minutes.

Nice employees, food was good. They forgot one of my burgers but noticed they forgot brought it out very quickly before I had to go in. The first time I’ve ever seen any kind of customer service at a McDonald’s.

It’s a Aug 12 at 9:52 if 2025 pm on my boyfriends 24 birthday I’m on a e-bike me my boyfriend and uncle went to this glenstone location at night at 9:52 exactly that time he the manager outside told us a comment saying we don’t serve bikers, he has no dang right disrespecting us anyone period. Very disrespectful and rude more than rude . All because we’re on e-bikes. What about motorcycles and mopeds ? Hhmm does he serve them ? Discrimination!!! He’s supposed to promote happiness and take care of the guests as should . The other lady that got me my sweet tea with 2 lemons in drive through my order the manager in drive three got my order not the guy in drive through I went to the other location no disrespect. People just be mad because we have things that they don’t they hate . All because we’re on bikes. We’re all humans we’re equal. The other lady in drive through was very nice and kind to us. She also understands any type of bikers. Why people got to b so mean these days . We’re supposed to b a team. but no people like that want it difficult. People like him need to go to church people like that needs to b corrected. . god sees everything.

I waited a long time at the drive through without it moving so I just parked and went inside. After waiting for several minutes I was told that there was nobody to take my order and that I had to use the kiosk. I had cash but no cards with me so I could not use the kiosk. A bit ironic that as I was waiting I had the time to read multiple guidelines on how quickly they are to assist customers displayed behind the counter.
