Worst location ever. I ordered a McDouble a couple weeks ago and it only had one patty on it, I let it slide because I work fast food myself so I know mess ups happen. Last night I ordered the new Angel Reese meal and was only given the burger, no fry or drink and there was no bacon or bbq sauce on the burger it was a regular quarter pounder. Get it together 🙄

If you cannot make the food and get it to the right customer in the drive thru lane then it is not necessary to have people pull around/forward. I watched 3 cars get orders before mine(they ordered after me) until they flippantly asked did I have 4 hashbrowns. No, I had two breakfast meals and 2 extra hashbrowns. I was told I had four hashbrowns. If drive thru designation for food has no tracking, then let's just stick with taking an order and getting it to the person who ordered. We can wait for the person in front of us. You aren't making this go faster or easier for anyone.
I had a breakfast order messed up yesterday and thought I would give it another chance today. Not again...other establishments are in close proximity. That is where I will be taking my business.
Managers only care about how good their drive thru time is/. Will forget about other customers and will completely ignore them until someone complains.

I was handed food that another customer touched and handed back to the employee. 🤢 I was waiting for my order in the drive-thru and the lady ahead of me was handed a bag. After having the food for 15-20 seconds she handed back to through the window. She was handed another bag and left. I get up to the window and was handed a bag that was clearly folded and unfolded several times so I asked the employee if it was the same bag that the previous customer handed back to her. She confirmed it was the same food. I handed back to her requesting fresh food. I don't want food that some random person has handled and touched. Not to mention that is a food safety violation to serve a customer food that another customer handled and touched. 🤢🤮

The last two times were awful. Cold food as always and employees have always been incredibly rude. The last time we waited 20 minutes for two $5 meals and it was incredibly old and cold. Got a refund. Yesterday I got a Filet O Fish and it was horrible. Bottom bun was burnt. I got a tiny strip of cheese that wasn't melted in the slightest. My fish was so hard you would have thought it sat ALL day. It was like tearing off plastic. Then drenched my fish in tarter. This location is terrible which is so sad because we used to prefer this location over the other ones in Springfield.

I found it strange that whoever is at the other end of the drive-through found it difficult to hear or understand 'Coca Cola,' 'fries,' etc. My education from birth is in English Language, and I have taught across 3 continents, yet I had to shout Coca-Cola many times, yet the fellow kept shouting,'You say what?'. I left immediately.

It's really not their fault they were super busy. My ice cream cone was served before my burger but also not their fault if I wanted it at the end of my meal I should have told them that or ordered it after I got done with my food so all I'm all it was an overall decent visit.
