Waited in drive though for almost 5 minutes with no response. Went inside and nobody acknowledged us or took our order. They just looked at us and another family did the same exact thing that was behind us. We all left. I get being busy and exhausted but this was a terrible experience. They definitely wanted us to leave.

Imagine a McDonald's with amazing customer service, delicious fries, and clean surroundings, and then keep dreaming. All locations seem to have stopped valuing in-person customer service since covid hit, and then continued the tradition. This location is particularly one of the worst I've seen. I don't understand ignoring your customers, repeatedly walking past them at the counter and not acknowledging them or asking if they've been helped. What the heck McDonald's? Get it together. All I ordered were 2 Mcflurries and a fry, and then had to wait for at least 10 minutes just to get someone to give me spoons to eat them with! They've replaced the nice mcflurry cups with flimsy paper ones, and the fries tasted like trash.
